Called everyday for the last week regarding a payment they could not process... I have never been harassed this way before. Regardless of the situation, this is not ok to do. Last thing you need when on vacation is a daily call, email and text! They need to send a normal letter invoice like all other companies. I do not wish to do business with a company that functions this way.

I am very sorry to hear this and I am sorry we bothered you on your vacation! Our invoicing process is usually very smooth and easy. We do charge our customers credit cards the week after each service is complete, and there is an automated email that will be sent every three days that allows you to very easily update your credit card information and we also call every other day until we get it fixed up for you. We also send you a detailed notification the day the service is complete and email you a detailed invoice on the Wednesday after the service is complete. Were you able to see those? I again am very sorry to bother you with this, and I take your feedback very seriously, if I can think of a way to better do this I will roll it out straight away. Would not recommend this company. Their employee was at our home 7-9-21 & bent our gate in the wrong direction damaging it. You can clearly see how it opens in the other direction if you look at the hinges. Sent the *************** a security ************** of their employee pulling & bending the gate in the wrong direction. The manager said to get estimates to get it fixed, which I did & then they refused to pay for the damages their employee did. Their employee also left fertilizer pellets all over our driveway, they are suppose to clean them up. Sent photos of that also. We have weeds growing that have not been taken care of as well. This company is not professional nor do they live up to providing any type of quality service. Save your money & call a professional organization. I do not believe their Applicators are individually licensed also like they are suppose to be.

Jan, I am very sorry for the frustration on this. You were requesting **** dollars for a 20 plus-year-old chainlink fence gate that one of our best techs opened by hand and the video showed that scraps on the ground the fence had been opened both ways many many times in the past, our insurance denied the claim because it was so far out of line. I see that your lawn progressed really well while we treated it. I really do try hard to stand behind every one of our services and if/when we make a mistake I work very hard to make that right to our customer's community and employees right away. I will continue to work hard to learn how to better serve our customers going forward, but I also have to protect our people from fraud and abuse. We already covered your last treatment of $113.55 for the Weiss Gaurantee, which will already more than cover the damage. I am also willing to send you 250 dollars for the trouble, I would prefer to take the short end of the stick on these types of items. I am again sorry for the frustration, and again I will work hard to continue to try and learn and get better and better at serving our customers, communities, and employees.
