      Both my boyfriend and neighbor's sister were required to pay a fine of $218.50 to Golf and Busse Towing in order to retrieve their vehicles that had been towed incorrectly.My boyfriend and neighbor's sister were both lawfully and legally parked in the appropriate visitor spots with the required permits (distributed to tenants of our property, clearly visible in the windshield of the vehicles as required in the terms of our lease). Heavy snowfall obstructed the view of the inside of the vehicles windshields, to which the tow truck driver did not clear snow away to search for a valid parking pass.Golf and Busse caused physical damage to my boyfriend's **** Fusion 2011 vehicle that was not present prior to the tow.Golf and Busse filed inaccurate documentation in relation to time of vehicle relocation and incorrect address listed on official receipt.Golf and Busse could not provide us (our or property manager) with photo documentation from the time of tow showing valid reasons for tow to occur. It took over 5 days for photos to be produced, in which the passes were clearly visible in the windows. Golf and Busse changed their "reason for tow" 4 unique times when pressured by myself, my boyfriend, my neighbor, her sister and our Property Manager to provide an accurate and lawful reason to have towed either vehicle.Golf and Busse should process an immediate refund and/or reimbursement for $218.50 of retrieval fees paid on 01/06/2024.Golf and Busse should face charges in a court of law for Failure to ***************** to the vehicle being possessed. Police report has been filed for Failure to ***************** when towing the **** Fusion 2011. Police reports have been filed for both vehicles that were towed wrongfully due to negligence. We were promised an answer by 1/11/24, to which Golf and Busse did not follow through and have STILL not processed a refund or given any answers to myself or property manager.Insurance claim filed for damage to front bumper.

      My battery died three times on Saturday July 29th and the police ordered a tow for me since my insurance company tow service wasnt available. The driver jumped my car and drove it onto the tow truck and drove it directly to Tuffys Auto in ****************. First thing Monday, I got a call from Tuffys asking if I had any alignment issues because the steering was completely off. I had zero alignment issues; only the battery. Upon inspection, they identified that the source of my alignment issues were two bent tie rods. We immediately went over to the shop to take pictures before any work was performed. They explained it was highly likely caused by the tow driver hooking up my car incorrectly. I called *************************** right away and spoke to a dispatcher who apologized for the issue and said she wasnt sure if they would just pay ****** directly but not to worry and that she would call me back. Thats where the lies started.I have called this business every single day, multiple times a day, asking for them to open an investigation about the damage. I have been lied to every single day about who the actual office manager is and who will investigate. It is absolutely criminal how they act, not to mention how incredibly rude the evening dispatcher is. The office manager has lied every single time Ive spoken with her, telling me that shes not the manager and that the manager is ***** and she works when she wants and is never there when I call. Thats because she doesnt exist! Its insane the web of lies Ive documented.Yesterday I was told that the issue would be escalated with the owner. Today I was told that an investigation was completed and found that they are not liable. What kind of investigation can they do without contacting the mechanic or getting pictures of my proof? A crooked one. Im out $900 and they refuse to take accountability or actually review the evidence. I have never in my life dealt with a business as shady and dishonest as them.

      The steering pump on my car went out - I was unable to drive it to the mechanic. The mechanic suggested I use Golf & Busse towing. I met the driver on Friday morning, 2/10 at about 8:40 AM. I watched him put my car onto the flat bed and I took a photo of my car on the back of the truck. On 2/11 at about 8 AM, I picked my car up from the shop. There was a baseball sized dent in the passenger side fender. The mechanic stated the work they did was on the front of the car and underneath, not to either side - the steering pump on my car is just to the left of center toward the bottom of the engine. They also noted the dent when the car was delivered. I called several times to discuss this and was asked to email the photos, which I did. No one from the tow company has bothered to call me back. This dent was NOT on my car when I left it with the driver, as clearly shown on the photo when it was on the flat bed.
