Really great experience. They followed through as promised. Very quick response, very quick service, following the time guideline. They worked with ComEd, helped me with the rebates etc. Their app is pretty good, panels are pretty good as well producing really good energy as promised. I have had it for about 8 months and have no issues so far. They only thing they didn't mention is that you are paying taxes for the rebate money you received and it was a lot (close to $4000 for $18,304 rebate that I received from the state).I highly recommend it. Certasun is an outstanding company to work with. During my bidding process, I did consult with other solar installers. Certasun was by far the best value for my particular project, and after going through the entire process, Im very happy we chose them. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable working with their salesman, and that level of comfort carried over to their customer service and installers. I was readily kept updated throughout the entire process from accepting their proposal, establishing a loan, the permitting phase, and ultimately the installation and going live on the grid. Id highly recommend Certasun for your solar project because you're getting a company with the knowledge, professionalism, as well as friendliness that you deserve.Review from Matt T

We went with Certasun over the other quotes we received because of their level of knowledge and professionalism (even though they were not the cheapest quote) and were not disappointed. Our Certasun salesperson, support staff and installation team were top notch and guided us through the entire process. There were a lot of regulations, permits and moving pieces (we also had them upgrade our electrical service) and they navigated us through it all, setting very clear expectations. We just went "live" and are pleased with the results so far.Review from Nabil M

Had multiple quotes, compared Apple to Apple. Finally Certasun is the best as of me. Love the Certasun work. From start to finish, Amazing team , quick response timely communication. My community HOA having some questions and concerns , certasun went ahead solved all the concerns and made throughout until final step. and at keeping communication lines open. Excellent company to work with through every stage of the process. Everything went very smoothly and everyone we interacted with was professional, responsive, and skilled at their role. (Not to mention friendly and good-natured - our neighbor remarked the day after the installation that he'd never seen a crew seem so happy on the job!) Certasun was very professional, presented everything clearly and had reasonable pricing. I evaluated several other companies and options, and came back to Certasun after researching several other options available in my area. All phases of the project were handled well, from answering pre-sale questions, to site assessment, to installation, then inspection and enabling the system. The visual aesthetic of the system is significantly better than several others in the neighborhood (i.e. Certasun does this right). A counter-argument to some existing older negative reviews below, my total engagement period was a little over 60 days from contract signing to turning the system on after inspection, which I was very pleased with. Due diligence for a project of this magnitude is essential, but I highly recommend working with Certasun for your solar project.Review from Laura H
