    Overall, we are happy with the installation of our Sunpower panels by CertaSun ********* did a fantastic job. There was no visible conduit on the roof , and we experienced no roof issues afterwards. There was a process error in the submission of my paperwork for the **** which resulted in a delay in getting my ****, but eventually I got my guaranteed ****. The company also heavily leaned strongly on the financial strength of Sunpower; however, we all know how that went. At the time, I was considering ******** and ************** panels. My friend ended up choosing Certasun and he was happy with them so that influenced me in picking Certasun. While this isn't the company fault, the more detailed Sunpower monitoring will now become a subscription service. The only way to eliminate a yearly subscription is to replace the Sunpower monitoring equipment with Enphase Monitoring Kit, which is a $900 plus install. Unless Enphase incorporates some sort of AI monitoring, I will most likely leave my original Sunpower monitoring with the basic plan. While I am not too happy with the Sunpower bankruptcy, we are happy with our solar installation. We have ComEd's hourly pricing plan and our electric bill has been zero dollars for the last 12 months. The panels are working as expected.

    It has been a great experience with the solar panels. Certasun has been a great company to work with. I would get them again to save on my electric bill. **** ***** was a great person to reference and talk to.

    Installed a few years ago. Great service. Responsive. They remotely detected an issue with a set of panels and came out took care of it. If solar panels are right for you, this is the company to go with.

    I had a fantastic experience with Certasun from start to finish. Their communication, planning, and execution were top-notch, making the entire solar panel installation process smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my request to prioritize installation before the end of 2024.Even after the installation, they have been helpful in addressing any follow-up questions. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar truly a company that values customer satisfaction!

    Great team with good communication throughout the process. We had a hiccup with city inspection (nothing to do with Certasun's work) and they took care of everything professionally. Our system is working wonderfully. Highly recommended.

    The Certasun staff aided fantastically through this process, which through no fault of their own was complicated by the bankruptcy of one of the providers, and the name change of one of the banks, both right in the middle of the project! After almost 6 months now we are extremely happy with the product and the service received.

    We had a really tricky solar project that other companies weren't interested in getting near but Certasun put in the time and the brain power and just a lot of creativity to figure it out with us. The company is really well structured - every step is done thoroughly and professionally- and that contributes to a process that, for the consumer, is a lot less stressful than it otherwise could be. Throughout they were responsive, helpful and even cheerful. The actual install was perfect. The crews were so professional and well organized - I've never had a construction project go so smoothly. Id highly recommend Certasun - and solar! - to anyone.

    ********* is a great company to work with. **** presented a well thought off plan for our solar panels. Best of all it was truly a No Pressure sale. They did not harass us to sign a contract and answered all out questions even weeks after the initial call. They got all the permits in a timely manner. Installation day was a breeze. Everyone was very professional and got everything done in a day as promised. Work was neat and clean. Final instruction from the city went well too. I did not even have to hone for it. Definitely recommend them to everyone.
