              In October 2019 I contracted with Sonny ****** the owner of AlPro Contracting to install vinyl plank flooring in our family room. We paid $4,400 in full, the final payment upon job completion on 10/18/2019. A one-year labor warranty was provided. In August of 2020 we started to notice that part of the flooring was starting to crack and actually lift out of the floor. I immediately called Sonny and called him numerous times with no response Sonny did verbally respond to the pictures I emailed him of the damaged flooring. Many more parts of the flooring lifted out during the warranty period. He agreed there was an issue and said he would pay for any damages if the warranty company determined if there was an installation issue. The warranty company investigated and said it was an installation issue. Sonny then sent his own employee out to investigate and he too said it was an installation issue. I have now tried calling, emailing and dropping by his office. Still no response.

              Hired and signed a contract with *****. Have given him $3150.00 so far for an original estimate of $7000.00 which has already gone up to $7500.00. Hardly anything has been done on my deck so far and the only worker has shown up very sporadically. I will admit weather has been an issue for several days. The worker has told me that he will try to finish what he has been paid for ($700) but if ***** will not pay him more, he wont be back. I am in the middle here. I have an unsafe deck with debris in my yard , 1/8 of it is stained. Waiting to see what will happen next. 3 weeks gone with poor return and out $3150.00
