I took my used 2015 jeep to them had a knock and a miss they said it was bad gas the change #1spark plug and coil still missing the told me to run 2 tanks of premium though it when driving it home engine light came on so I called them again they said brit it by and we will plug into it to see they said it was the air fuel sensor so they insisted on the bad gas c*** So I took it to another dealer the found the cam for that cylinder was gone that's why it had a miss costing me over 2 thousand dollars now I call the original dealer back for a refund they're only giving me half the labor back BS I have put over $11,000 into this since I got it in two years I had to have the transmission change owning it not over a year took 2 days to get a hold of the service manager and this is all that I got. My advice get a 2nd opinion they have no trouble shooting skills just a computer read out no common sense, what po me was I told them what it was a miss not bad gas.

My husband and I, Just recently brought a GMC SIERRA ******* 14th of 2022, the first night we drove it home, we start having issues call the dealership but by that time they were close because were the last customer there. We emailed our sale guys, and the Manager that same night. It was a Saturday so we had to wait until Monday. Sale driving it there the whole truck shuts off and we had to have it tow to the dealership and this was only the three day we told the dealership and the manager that we didn't want the truck in numerous emails and face to face. So the manager was saying you guys signed the paperwork so we struck with it but let us try to fixed so we did and they suppose of had fixed the truck put it on the machine and everything was fine, now three weeks later our truck broke down again now they trying to charge us **** to repair this truck that so called had fix it. We just made our first payment to this truck. We have all the emails stating how we don't want the truck and three days after the deal and how they would fix whatever issues this truck is having now it three later from the suppose of fix it the first time. I can really use some legal assistance.

I bought a used **** from here (3years old). They sold it to me with a broken seatbelt. I did not notice for 3 months due to covid/ back seat/ no children. They refused to pay, after much argument they paid half of $650.

No rim damage. Pick it up after they worked on it?Rim damage.Manager said to drop it off and they'd use a 3rd party company to repair it. 4 days go by and I return to pick it up. They failed to repair the rim. Told me the company never showed up to fix it. Fast forward 8 months and they haven't reached out to make it right."
