      The girlfriend and I inquired about a car. Her credit not being the best we knew her payment would be high. The sales team became unethical by trying scare tactics as well as insulting my manhood due to my inability or unwillingness to buy a rust pile of s*** car for their price. They refused to acknowledge my concerns and accused me of being assuage to my gf, who has never financed a car before. Their suggestion was to take a loan for what I assumed, but they wouldnt tell us, for 36 months at 290 a month. When confronted with the fact that this would make a 400 dollar car worth 10k in payments, the sale manager became insulting and again tried to get my gf to agree upon a unknown term and interest rate. The car was unsafe in its current condition, in fact, Ive seen *********** in junk yards. Their honesty in sales as well as their scare tactics makes me want to return the car I have bought from them at a previous time.

      We purchased a 2020 Dodge Charger and before we purchased the car we told them about a noise. They kept telling us that is was due to the humidity of the climate. We went back in and they supposedly took the car in the back to look at it and it was fine. We have tried to talk to all managers about this issue and no one is willing to help. Just today we were told that we would have to pay out of pocket to fix the brakes and tire since we have already signed the contract. Even when this was brought up prior to signing the contract. When they took the car in for detailing we were also told that it would be fixed and the oil was to going to be changed and they did not do that either. We asked about a copy of the inspection of the car since it was a trade in from another buyer and they told us that they will not provide said document.

      I dropped my vehicle off 5-29-22 because of transmission issues and the issue has still not been repaired. The transmission was slipping from time to time but the truck was at least driveable. They took the truck apart and is no longer drivable. They didnt have a vehicle to loan me so I had to buy another one as well. There seems to be no end in sight and I just want my truck fixed. I looked at trading it in but they offered me way less than what its worth. They say that parts are in order but at this point I dont believe them.

      I have a new ram that is having transmission issues. I came in on Saturday and they told me my vehicle will be there for at least 3 months waiting on a new transmission. Service manager *** was very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help me or offer me a vehicle to drive while mine is sitting there. I have tried calling the general manager and owner and have not gotten a return call. The trans problem is becoming a issue with the 3.6 engine which includes my type of vehicle and Amazon trucks among others. I need resolve to this issue

We believe that since the customer lives in ******** and that our dealership in in ***********, **, Mr ******************** mistakenly filed a complaint on the wrong ******************** store. We believe that the complaint was meant for ******************** CDJR in ******************** ********. Please remove our dealership from this complaint and direct it to the correct dealership.

      I took my car in on 9/3/****** new tires and balancing, wheel alignment, lower control arm replacement and a new steering wheel. I have a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT with 84k miles. We I got my car back it wasnt driving right just wobbling and all over the place just not a safe riding car. Took the car back several times 2 times I almost got in a really seriously bad accident nothing change was told by them nothing was wrong women through car. So being very frustrated and disappointed in this service I decide to take my car to Discount Tires for a second opinion and they found that the tires were never balanced. I paid them ***** to balance them a d I called and talked to a man name ***** the general manager and asked for my ****** back that I paid them and told him the work wasnt done I paid you for tires balancing that wasnt done and paid Discount Tires to correct the problem. Never paid me my money and havent given the run around finally got in touch with him a d he told me take this 59 dollars or you get nothing I told him I paid you a ****** and I want all my money back he said thatll never happen and hung up on me and told everyone at the dealership not to talk to me. I will never go back here it was my first visit and my last I spent over ***** that day with all the work I had done just not *** you treat a customer. I just want my ****** thats owed to me.
