Signed contract in August 2022 for a kitchen remodel and paid a 25% deposit. Had very little contact from the contractor, ************************* or his office. Many of my calls and texts were not returned. In January of 2023 he said he was another 3-4 weeks out for the work to begin. I did not hear anything but excuses when my calls were returned: his employees were sick, his brother-in-law died, he was sick, his dad had surgery and the weather was cold. Finally, in August of 2023 my cabinets were removed and a small amount of work was done. At this time I paid another 25%. My kitchen was empty until October , when I went to his office in tears and asked for an explanation. He did not have one. I asked if he would at least install my stove and refrigerator, since all of my appliances had been in my garage since June. His crew did this and thats all that was done. In January I requested a refund and Im back to calls not being returned. I have paid a little over $27,000.00 for a ***************** work, some painting and floor refinishing.Business response

We do not do business in ********** **. If you search the State of ******** corp lookup site you will find the the company you are looking for is
Innovative Custom Homes *** which is owned by *************************.
I would like this complaint removed from my business profile immediately!!
