I have been using this company for years. I ordered 4 bottles of massage lotion and they sent the wrong product. I called and we worked it out. The 2nd order came again with the wrong product. After the 3rd try, I received the correct product, consequently, I am still being billed for the product they sent $132.57 account#**********. I have called several times and emailed and have been told my account is fine, that the system just sends out statements. The last time I called I was told that they would talk with a superior and ensure my account was cleared and I would no longer receive a bill. This is now the 2nd month they have sent a bill and I am getting charged a $25 late fee on top = $50 extra so far. I have tried to call several times the past couple of days, but it seems like this company no longer accepts phone calls. I have emailed this week with no response. I do not owe this money and want my account cleared. Can you please help!Business response

Hello, we do apologize our warehouse missed processing the returned incorrect items. We have processed the refund for the 4 gallons returned to us and they will see the refund in ***** business hours. We have also reversed the late fees.

Hello *****, we unable to find an order or any of your personal information in our ordering system. We do apologize, but we would assume someone got ahold of you credit information and tried to make a purchase to see if they could process a payment. We are also the parent company for Allegro Medical and Massage Warehouse so if you tried to place an order from there it would have stated dba Massage Warehouse Or Allegro Medical.

I purchased a Guardian Envoy 480 Deluxe Rolling ****** on 4/13/2023 for my 95-year-old dad (Veteran of WWII). When it arrived, we took it out of the box (the box had a couple of small tears, not much at all) and noticed immediately one of the wheel's axles was bent. I emailed the company and then my brother **** called the company. We sent pictures as they requested but we were given the run-around. We were told that it was *******'s responsibility then it was the Shipping company's responsibility then it was Allegro's responsibility for the damage/replacement/refund. No one wanted to refund our money or give us a replacement so now my dad who needs his ****** to get around has nothing. At this point, we just want our money back.Business response

I was looking online through ****** for a portable massage table, which is exactly what I typed in. Among the many results for exactly that is a page for massage warehouse in the same price point as many of the other ads. I even sent it to my friend and neither of caught the fact it's incredibly misleading and is ONLY for a headrest to a table. The image shows a massage table and again, this shows up with all the ads for massage tables. I bought the product and when only a headrest showed up I attempted to return the product. I was told the company that makes the product is who I have to get a return with, but the customer service rep would reach out for me and email me the return number. No one ever got back to me and a few weeks later I called again and the never had been on the file for weeks. They made me return this product on my own dime and it's been lost in the mail for over a month. This company is supposed to be reputable but I have found them to be misleading and seemingly purposefully complicated to avoid paying refunds. I would like my full refund, regardless of if the package ever gets back to them (it last showed it's indeed in their state and should have been delivered locally already) **** is telling me there's nothing they can do and if massage warehouse had simply provided return shipping label like every other company, this would not be a problem.Business response

Hello, please see the screen shots of our website listing for this item. This does not state this is a table in any of the information. It explains this is a double tilt face rest. There are no measurement for a table nor is there a full picture of a table. As for the lost package the consumer would need to reach out to **** to file a claim for the lost item as they are the shipper of the package. Our website does list the refund policy that states the customer would need to pay for return shipping on an incorrect item ordered. We do apologize for the delay in the reply on shipping back the return. We are unable to refund for an item that has not reached our warehouse.

The item purchased was on a manufacturing backorder at the time of purchase. An authorization only was placed on the credit card used to make the purchase. I ordered a Master Massage Husky ********* XXL Portable Massage Table Package Black on 10/8 It is listed as XXL with a length of 84 inches, which is not accurate, unless you include the face cradle. All other brands that I found on the same site that I ordered from, list the length of their tables without the face cradle included. Second issue is I asked for a replacement because I decided to use the same style for my travel practice, because of its advertised wight limit of ***** pounds. The table I received gives a cracking sound at times when some of my moderate sized clients are on the table. I have had to stop using this table all together. They asked for me to replicate the sound and send them a video, which I am unable to do, simply because it is a health hazard to allow any other clients on the table, and because I work alone, I have not been able to replicate the sound. I'm likely not heavy enough, and don't want to be bouncing around on the table, and potentially hurt myself.Order ID **********Customer response

We extended the customer a return authorization as they could not provide the documentation required by the manufacturer to document said defect as of 12/15/21. The customer does not want to pay to return the item and thus they filed the complaint. A partial refund would be applied less a re-stocking fee of 20% in accordance with our returns policy. If the product is returned and found to be defective, the manufacturer will send out a replacement item under their warranty.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: This is not standard business practice. I should not have to pay for shipping on a defective and misrepresented product. They could have easily resolved this with an exchange. I sent pictures the first time regarding the misrepresentation and then they came back with saying the table length listed was with the face cradle attached, which is not how any of the other tables are listed. They all measure without the face cradle. Considering the very high price point, and description of an XXL table, I expect to receive what I ordered. Instead, they ask me to risk my clients safety by capturing a video of them on it to create the sound of the wood splitting. Theyre simply looking to have me jum through as many hoops as possible so that I just give up on the issue. Seriously, asking for a video for the sound of it breaking?!
Its the worst customer service Ive experienced in a very long time, and is not fair in the slightest.
