    Product no good, sent a return label, I sent back product and they never refunded me my money or contacted me after they received the product back!!!

Their unreliable and unprofessional approach made my experience frustrating.Issue Malfunctioning Geek Bar Vapes (2 units)Expectations As a customer, I expect prompt assistance and effective problem-solving.Reality Instead, ZIP Stock:1. Doubted the problem's existence.2. Refused responsibility.3. Directed me to contact Geek Bar directly.4. Ignored further communication.Attempted Resolution I tried resolving with:1.     I ordered some expensive vapes and they sent me very cheap ones instead. They refused to give me my money back or replace them with the correct ones I ordered. Beware! Do not do business with them.

    Five orders totaling ****** dollars or more this is a estimate maybe more were all burnt, the first time I had to ship them all back before they would do anything the second time they refunded half of my money this last order was ****** dollars all twelve vapes were burnt. sent email after email with no response I will never do business with them again I have received no response to this most recent order all twelve vapes are burnt purchased on September 4, 2024!!!!!

    I recently ordered a Hyde vape for $17. I waited a whole week, and once it arrived, I opened the box, and the vape was completely soaked in liquid. The little airtight packet that has the vape was completely filled with e-juice from the leaking vape. I opened it still, and of course it didn't work. What is really infuriating is that I contacted the company over 5 times through email on separate days, showing video and photo proof. And guess what? NO REPLY FROM THE COMPANY IN 3 WEEKS. I doubt I will ever get a reply or refund. STAY AWAY from this website. They sell expired, old, or damaged vapes and will not even read your emails.

    Trust the other reviews. They have zero customer service, they do not respond to any emails even when they make a mistake and act like theyre a ghost company whenever you have something wrong. I ordered 4 vapes and received 4 of the wrong ones. Less efficient awful ones. No one ever responded to my 10+ emails. I have a lawyer on retainer and he is actually planning on taking legal action against them if they dont respond in the next week, which Im more than fine with.

    tried ordering vapes online, their website stated my card was declined yet i immediately received a notification that the exact amount of the order was taken from my account. they will not respond about a refund. i will be disputing the charge.
