      Terrible customer service! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! The refrigerator sounded like a lawnmower and woupd shut down periodically. After numerous attempts to find a solution, the owner/manager refused to answer a single question and threated to "void" my 6mo warrantee after 1mo rather than repair or replace the unit. I was told any further attempts to repair the unit would cost a minimum $65 service fee even though it was with the warrantee period and still malfunctioning. Per their instructions, i even paid for an elecrican to check the wiring in the entire house and when an licensed electrician said it was fine, i was yelled at and hung up on by the same business owner. I will tell every home owner and property owner I know never to use this supplier. They don't stick by their word or their services and everything that goes wrong is the customer's fault. I purchased a new fridge with minutes of my last conversation with them and it was delivered more than 3 days before they could even schedule someone to service their malfunctioning unit. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, BUY ELSEWHERE.

      WORST appliance company I have ever worked with. My appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, **** called me early and stated that they had a cancellation. I let **** know that I was working and could not get off earlier than our set time. **** stated to me that he would not make his technician wait over an hour to service my appliance. When I stated to **** that he wasn’t being far because my appointment wasn’t scheduled to the afternoon. **** hung up on me. I would not recommend this company.

      Unprofessional and rude, I can see why their rating is tanking. Claimed to have stopped by house for repair and claimed to have knocked on our door. We were home the whole time and heard no one. So then a $55 charge is applied to come again, which wasnt told to us originally. When I call to dispute this, Im greeted with rudeness and claims I was called multiple times that day ( I wasnt ), then the owner proceeds to get in a shouting match with me. I advise anyone, especially military personnel, not to frequent this place. Its cheap and tacky, like the owner.

      We were never rude with the customer. They set up an appointment to fix a stove under warranty and we set the appointment. At the day and time of the appointment customer did not answer the phone to confirm someone was home after multiple attempts so we went ahead and sent the tech over to the residence anyway and received no answer at the door either. We did not hear back from the customer until the following day at which time we informed them there would be a service fee of $55 for not cancelling the appointment. At that time the customer threatened us with bad reviews and bbb complaints and would not allow us to get a word out by continually speaking over the manger. We then ended the phone call as it was going nowhere. We reserve the right to charge for no cancellation same as any other company does. Thank you

      Do Not Purchase Anything from this junk yard!! The owner/operate is NOT a businessman. He’s out for your money only. He doesn’t replace/repair or clean applications as promised with the sales agreement. The delivery men damaged my new luxury vinyl floor and reported to the owner that the floor was “already” damaged, which was not true. I emphasized for them to be careful and not to scratch the floor!! What did they do, scratch the floor!! The owner/operate said, “they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGING PROPERTY”. I asked was that in writing. He replied, “I’m telling you” and hung the phone up in my face!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, GO ELSEWHERE BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END!!
