If I could give them 0 stars I would , they are trying to get money from me from a claim they never did anything for ! I went with someone more local ,& now they are trying to come after a portion of my settlement when THEY DID NOTHING FOR ME! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also when I called to confront them , ****** began yelling at me & caught an attitude. Worst law firm EVER!!!

I paid them so much money to resolve my debts then they started getting investigated and all my money was gone, along with the money they were paying in installments towards one of my debts. Now I am facing wage garnishments and essentially paying the money twice.

I gave them $20,000 to negotiate 4 debts. They negotiated the lowest 2 . I then received the letter from the FBI claiming that I was the victim of a crime. I haven't heard TLP since then. The Agent from the FBI that I spoke with informed me once the ******** ******* seizes their assets which they got by false pretenses, I'll be lucky to recover just a fraction of my losses.

I was using Titan Legal Processing to pay off my debt. I have been waiting for nearly a year for a reply in regards to funds that I paid, over 18,000! I am starting to receive creditor invoices that none of my debt has been paid. I feel that I have been robbed and no one will help me reclaim what’s mines.

They took my money ever since 2018 $998 a month and they got investigated by *** in 2020 they took my money and ran they took over $25,000 from me and nothing was resolved

My first contact with Titan Legal Processing (TLP - a Debt Resolution company) was via a series of calls from a TLP agent. Once we reached an agreement (48 months, $879.58 a month for a credit card debt of $63K; TLP takes 20% the first two years), the agent sent me a confirmation email message. Our Titan Case Manager sent communication email messages about our credit debt resolution. The first clue I had that something could be amiss is when TLP did not withdraw the December 2020 payment from our bank account. Early in January 2021, I emailed our case manager about this anomaly. She replied, "Something is wrong with our system. It can no longer withdraw funds from ____ ____ Bank. You will need to send us the payments from your account every month." On February 10, 2021, Titan Legal Processing sent this email message (paraphrased): “To All Clients of Titan Legal Processing LLC, An FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office for Middle Florida’s investigation of Titan Legal Processing causes us to suspend operations immediately. We can no longer accept any funds or pay any creditors, including the processing of refunds. Do not send any payments to us. We will not answer any questions over the phone. We will not speak to anyone about the ongoing investigation or legal proceedings. Sincerely, Titan Legal Processing LLC” Since the FBI is involved, I sent them a Debt Fraud Victim application and all the email messages and documents exchanged between myself and Titan from July 2018 through January 2021. Our Middle Florida FBI Agent is investigating our situation. In January 2021, the debt collectors began calling, sending written mail and email messages. Three debt collection lawyers have served us in court for one creditor. I tried getting Legal Aid to no avail. All our retirement funds evaporated in 2008. BE IT KNOWN THAT OTHER TLP FRAUD VICTIMS CAN OBTAIN RELIABLE DEBT RESOLUTION HELP VIA THEIR STATE. OURS WAS: *********************   ALSO, BE IT KNOWN THAT TLP FILED CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY IN KANSAS BANKRUPTCY COURT ON JUNE 14, 2021, FOR RECOVERY OF MONEY AND PROPERTY. I doubt it is our money they seek to recover.

This company is crooked. They took my $600 deposit and then never did anything to correct my debt. Do not use them.

I would like to give zero stars. I have been working with them since 2018. Paid almost 400 a month. Communication was good but all of a sudden I get a email from the FBI saying they are investigating Titan, then an email from Titan saying the won't receive calls or respond and I won't get a refund. Now I'm being sued from the creditors.
