I hired Chase and **** on 6/5/2022 and terminted them on 9/5/2023. The estimated completion date for my project was 10/22. At present I still do not have a working kitchen and dining room. The original cost estimate was $59,000 and went to $72,000. I was no longer in a position to afford the delays, which caused me on several occassions to seek alternative lodging, and paying higher costs.I have paid $23,713 for furniture and other items. The business represented that they would deliver to an address of my chosing, which was ridiculous in that they knew the address. Nothing has been delivered.Since that time I have been demanding that they deliver the ordered items and reimburse me for items paid for, not ordered and returnable. They also need to remive construction debris, equipment, a bed and fix some flooring.The business has ignored my requests interpreting this as some attempt to defame them. While there are several reviews I was not aware of with scenarions similar to mine I will not be submitting them becuase the business refutes them and I give them the benefit of the doubt. They want me to *** them as if to settle some score. While I certainly contemplated that the cost benefit does not make sense.I assured them that I would not write any such reviews or file any compalints with organizations such as yours if they complied.They have characterized by demands as harrassment. They are not the victim here I am. They had also made numerous threats on several other levels. If you are not successful I will take the option of putting a letter explaining my experience with this company on your site. I really do not want to do that. I just want to finish my home.I have been asking since September of 2023 and here we are in May of ****. I purchased furniture on my own because they would not comply.
