      **THIS COMPLAINT IS IN CONJUNCTION WITH CASE NUMBER: ****************************** early ********************************************************************************************************************** the amount of $3220. I immediately researched the debt a found out that it was a hospital bill from the day of my childs ***** 2-22-2021. I contacted my insurance which is through the state and confirmed that my daughters insurance started on 2/22/2021 so the bill should have been covered by them, following that confirmation I contacted Rush Copley Medical centers billing department and provided the information which they stated they would update and it would reflect on my account. that was 2/7/2023. Shortly after, i disputed the accounts with **********, Equifax and Experian. on 2/16/2023 RMP reported to the bureaus that they "Verified and validated" the debt as accurate and update the balance on my reports. (how was it verified and validated when the original creditor is saying something different). fast forward to today 3/8/2023, I contacted Rush Copley billing department again because I received another bill for that amount. The representative i spoke to stated she saw the multiple calls about this situation and that in their system my daughters insurance shows as ACTIVE as of 2/22/2021 but she doesnt know why it was not corrected. I contacted RMP and the rep who was VERY RUDE and UNPROFFESIONAL advised me that they would need to open a dispute to validate the information because 'they only have the information provided to them in October 2022' which would take 2 weeks, major issue with that is that when I disputed the account with the bureaus in February RMP claimed to have validated the information at that time, which obviously was a lie and they are providing false information to the credit bureaus. This account needs to be removed from all 3 credit bureaus IMMEDIATELY.

This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information.       I am filing a formal complaint against Rush Copley for their questionable billing business practices. As of today, Rush Copley is showing I owe $5,589.88 spread across 21 separate accounts. They have also sent me to collections for seven accounts totaling $2,500 some of which are overlapping with what they are simultaneously trying to collect from me through both collections and billing. On top of this, their collections practices resulted in negatively impacting my credit report requiring me to pay $1,532.67 to clear up my credit report in order to refinance my house. These bills date back six years. There is no way I can possibly be expected to sort through six years of bills spread across almost a total of 30 accounts to confirm these are even accurate. The bills themselves are confusing and overlap one another making it impossible to sort through this. Not to mention the fact I am not even sure that I would be able to cross reference bills going this far back. This is unreasonable and absurd. On top of this it seems the harassment and collections actions increased after I filed a formal complaint due to improper treatment of my son during hospitalization last year making this seem retaliatory in nature. This is supported by the age of bills they are suddenly saying I owe for. I am expecting Rush Copley to either audit their billing practices consolidating these charges into one single account with proof of every single cent they claim I owe or, if they cannot do this, I want my account zeroed out. I also want them to stop harassing me by calling every day and I want all collections to be reversed including a full refund for the $1,532.67 I had to pay. I am filing formal complaints with BBB, the ******** ************************ and the media.

      This letter is to inform you that I recently received a copy of my credit report that your company publishes and after reviewing it I found a number of items on the report that are inaccurate. The accounts in question are listed below. Please send me copies of the documents that you have in your files as of this date that you used to verify the accuracy of the accounts listed below.RUSH COPLEY MEDICAL CENTER ACCT #: ********* BAL. $4,552.00 Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ****g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the accounts that you are reporting in my credit report. Please dont respond to my request by saying that these accounts have been verified. Send me copies of the documents that you have in your files that were used to verify them. If you do not have any documentation in your files to verify the accuracy of these disputed accounts then please delete them immediately as required under Section 611(a)(5)(A)(i). By publishing these inaccurate and unverified items on my credit report and distributing them to 3rd parties you are damaging my reputation and credit worthiness.
