      Online test is useless as everyone gets the same results. After taking the test, they call at least 5 times a day. I have asked to be taken off the calling list and I am still being harassed with nonstop calls/voicemails. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      My husband went for a hearing test on Oct 30, 2023. He received a card in the mail stating that he would receive a ***** gift card within 2 weeks of the appt. Today is Dec 27, 2023, he has called 7-8 times and still no gift card!! I believe that is a gimmick to get you to come to the hearing test and they do not actually give you a card! ************, ** office.

      My husband got hearing aids over a year ago from this place, at the time they had a promotion going. The promotion was a free tablet with the purchase of a set of hearing aids. We did purchase a set of hearing aids for ******* and a year later we have not received our free tablet. We have called and gone to the business asking about the free tablet. We was told every time we inquire about the free tablet we should get a voucher in the mail fill it out and return the voucher then we would receive the free tablet within about 6 weeks. Today 12/21/2023 over a year later I called and was told it would take about 6 months to receive the voucher. I think we are being lied to and I feel like they should give us a free tablet even if it means they have to purchase a tablet to give us.

      I was told I had a medium hearing loss so I ended going to nexgen hearing and finally was told I have severe hearing loss they don't need two receptionist in there at ******** location they never answered phones very quiet in there my husband was told he had no hearing loss and found out he has bad hearing loss

      In a 6 months span they had two staff change over and the 3 set are rude and not very professional. In the 6 months, one hearing aid was returned with the wrong length of wire, which irritated the area behind my ear, then I was asked to leave the ear molds to be fixed. During staff change, the molds were lost. One of the cones came off in my ear; my Pcp, nor the ** dr ******* remove it. My caregiver, trying to stand up for me, was hung up on, & last visit, after new ear molds made, the technician asked that my caregiver remain in the vehicle on next visit. Now I cant even get anyone on the phone, to make appointment for next visit.????????

      TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....I purchased a set of ********************** aids back in March of 2023. This company is listed as an in-network resource but I was asked to pay upfront ($5400). After many calls to help them fill out the paperwork correctly, the claim was processed but the check was sent to them instead of me directly. I have yet to receive the money; they claim they cannot proceed because there are inaccuracies listed on the explanation of benefits. It has been four months and I doubt I will ever get my money back. So basically, they were paid upfront by the patient AND they got a refund check from the insurance. UNACCEPTABLE.

      I have purchased two sets of hearing aids over the past 4 years and neither of them lasted past the warranty. I have updated my phone number with them 4 times just this year and they keep calling the out of service number to return my call. Terrible customer service and terrible warranty on the aids. They were to file paperwork with the state for me and after telling me over a 6 month period they had filed them I demanded to see their copy at which time they confirmed they had never sent in the paperwork.

      I cannot say enough good things about my visit to connect hearing *** was amazing wired on what I thought was a finished hearing ***** gave me back my life I love them they are five years of andhopefully gives me a couple more I am very impressed with,y regular checkups and ****** smiling greeting I am 89 yrs old and this is my third set thank you

      We paid a great deal of money for hearing aids. Within 3 years, they were both broken and required repairs. Thankfully, the repairs were covered under the warranty; however, I am trying to get that warranty extended because I am concerned that they hearing aids will require more maintenance. This has been a very frustrating process and not worth the money. My friend paid half the price at ****** and has had no issues. I might also add that the customer service has been disappointing.
