      I signed up for information online after that was bombarded with calls. I had at least 12 in three days and some within minutes of each other. Called to try and get myself off their list and they really didn't care. This is their business model. Call and call and call until you give up and talk to them. I will never do business with someone that doesn't give you a chance to even listen to the message before they call you again. How about trying to email? Anything. And they are kind of shady. They called me from a Kentucky number, and they don't have a clinic there. And wants you to call an 801 number. That is what scammers do.

      I became a client here before the business became AudioNova (October 2024). Having three difficult hearing issues, I needed an audiologist with good experience. I got new hearing aids and had a great experience with my audiologist. When I went back six months later, and after receiving no notice whatsoever, my audiologist had left the group to be replaced by only a young technician with very little experience and rather inept patient care abilities. Despite my complaint that something felt wrong, my hearing aids were adjusted incorrectly and I had to go elsewhere to have them fixed. I tried to contact the management of Audio Nova after this awful experience and was never responded to. As with many places offering lower levels of client service these days, AudioNova appears to be aimed at turning into more of a hearing aid store than one where clients ***** and needs are cared for. At my own expense, I will have to seek a qualified audiologist elsewhere. Several friends have left the practice for the same reason.

      I went for the free hearing test and looking to use my insurance benefits to purchase a set of hearing aids. It was confirmed that I needed them. I advised them that I have really good benefits and want to use insurance to pay for them. I did let them know that I wanted to wait until I had met my Max *** of Pocket before proceeding and I would schedule a follow up. During my follow up visit this past Tues. I asked, How much would the hearing aids cost me? there was no discussion of cash price at any time, especially since I had already told them I would be using insurance. I received a email today that told me 1. My cost would be $4100 after my insurance benefit amount of $5000 was applied 2. That $6000 is the CASH price per pair. And since Im not paying cash my insurance has a negotiated cost of $9100. Not in any appointment was it ever mentioned, nor did I EVER ask about self/cash pay. The business ethics are lackluster, disheartening and incredibly dishonest. This has been a huge waste of time, resources and efforts on my part. What happened to consumer transparency!?

      This business is where you need to go for professional help with hearing problems. **** was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She was very concern about my hearing. So, if you're looking for help with a hearing problems please stop in at Elite Hearing Centers Of Macon, **********************************************. Trust me you would be glad you did !

      Empire hearing and Audiology, now Connect hearing in **** signed me up for a credit card I did not ask for. I did not buy and hearing aids at the time of the visit nor did I ask to have a credit line opened. I would leave 0 stars for this scam.

      ***** provider ****************** **********************, BC-HIS This provider is operating but I can't find him under active licenses. He is a *****. A Disbarred lawyer for lying in court and abusing his clients. This man was so completely disrespectful to my grandmother. I'm a nurse (and a new mom, I brought my 3 mon old son with us) and brought in my grandmother who already cant hear well to fix her old hearing aids. In April she brought her original hearing aids to be cleaned and they worked at that time. When she got them back from him, they were broken and he convinced her to purchase new ones. That's fine I understand that. But then the new ones didn't work for her as well as her old ones and wouldn't connect to her Bluetooth. Bluetooth I understand isn't perfect and touchy but we did everything he said to and still nothing. So we asked for our money back. In the conversation, he put his index finger in her face and told her to stop talking on the most condescending an inconsiderate manner. At that moment, I told my grandmother to collect her things and we were leaving. My grandmother asked him why he was no longer a lawyer and he had stated because clients like you then as we were still leaving he threatened to call the police because she called him out about loosing his license as a lawyer for lying in court. A 89 year old sweet woman who was tired of being taken advantage of was treated so unprofessional and was threatened with the police. I had my child with me and we were not going to raise our voices nor did we but still threatened with police? I've NEVER been treated this way by any professional. This man should never practice with the hard of hearing or the public ever again.

      My father went to Elite Hearing Centers at the ********** location. He went in for a hearing evaluation and he had the worst experience with dealing with *************************. My father said that he was very rude and was disrespectful to him. He needed to get his hearing aid fixed. He stressed my father about purchasing a new pair and he did not need a new pair. I am highly upset and I would not recommend it for any elderly people to go there. The abuse that my father endured while in ******'s office is appalling. My father told me that the specialist was very aggressive with him and snatched the hearing aids and would not give them back. He also said that ****** smelled like alcohol. My father is very upset and had to go to another location to get proper service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! God Awful.

      I have found ************************************************** , Audiologist at Connect Hearing, *******, #***************************************************** to be extremely welcoming. She is quick to assess what needs adjusting, she is extremely confident and efficient. Her main aim is to have her customers be pleased that their hearing aids work for them.*****************************, the customer care representative. I s very pleasant and attends to your needs with a smile and efficiency. Nothing is too much bother.

      Online test is useless as everyone gets the same results. After taking the test, they call at least 5 times a day. I have asked to be taken off the calling list and I am still being harassed with nonstop calls/voicemails. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
