Some agents are helpful and some are not so helpful but they are just doing their job so the main culprits are the sales agents and the supervisors who mislead and provide different information with so much inaccuracy and discrepancy among each other. I want to give company 0 star.

Terrible service - and scammers! If I could rate them a -5, I would. I have a 3 year warranty on a battery I purchased from them. I called them to change my car battery on Wednesday because it was dead. After it took them 5 hours to get to me, I was told they do not change batteries AT NIGHT. On Thursday I called for someone to come out - after, again, another 5 hours, I was told they could not replace my battery because it was completely dead "and it is a possibility that something else in your vehicle is draining your battery" and that I needed to go to an auto shop to have it tested and charged. Sunday someone came out, jumped started it and told me the same thing. I drove my vehicle directly to AutoZone, and AutoZone told me it was a bad battery and that aaa NEEDED to replace it because its under warranty. Fortunately I didn't take aaas advice and have the auto part store fully charge it - because Monday morning (today), the same guy who came out Wednesday, "tested" it and I was told the battery wasn't at 100% but its fine (because it still had the charge from yesterday). So, basically, if the battery is completely dead, they can't replace it because a dead battery is not covered under warranty - but if it has a little charge - they can't replace it because it's not completely dead. Therefore the warranty doesn't cover it. Additional to the fact that the battery is evidence of itself that its bad because it keeps going dead, I also have test results from both AutoZone and ******* auto parts contradicts everything aaa says. At this point, I have to LOL these people are scammers! My advice to customers, don't EVER buy a battery from aaa! 

Me and my 2 yr old have been sitting in the car outside the corner of 68th and western from 2 p.m. til still waiting on someone to dispatch a truck to help me. It is now going on 5 and a truck was supposed to be coming from Wisconsin to pick me up. How does this really help me if I sent a call in at 2. This is outrageous and they wonder why the innocent get killed. 

Car overheated and was towed to this location. They charge $150 just to look at car and let you know what they think is wrong with it. Their prices to fix it are way over even their own prices that are posted online on their website and way out of line with other repair shops. But after they look at it you are committed for the $150 so even if the price to repair which in my case was over $300 more than my neighborhood shop most of the difference is eaten up by the ridiculous $150 fee. I recommend not getting your car towed here if you're stuck on the road and have to be towed.   

Man man man ******* is the best came and fixed my problem within 2 minutes can y'all give him a rise please he is the best you will not find a better AAA . When I call ima ask for *******.    

Horrible. I called dispatch at 7 o'clock and its now midnight, and no one has shown up. They say I am not a priority because I'm in my house. So someone is going to show up conceivably at 3 o'clock in the morning to jump my battery so I can get to work in the morning.    

So my father and I have been premier members for over 17 years! On 9/17/23 I was coming back from ********. I made it more than halfway home to ******** and my tire went flat and long story short needed a tow service. I called AAA at 6:00pm and I was told that someone would be out within an hour. I'm on the side of a major highway with my young children and elderly mother at night. After 9pm came and went and still no one called or came. I called back and was told they would call me back once they secured a tow service. 10 pm came, called back and was told that they were still looking. I had to call ******** state police to help secure our safety since AAA felt that 2 women, and children sitting on the side of a highway was safe enough. Finally, 12am came and I called back and was told they couldn't even find a service request for us! So the Chicago branch worked with dispatch to find someone, who was supposed to be there at 1am but last minute cancelled the service. So once that happened the ************ came back and called a tow service for us so I could get my kids home by 4am! Needless to say we all slept in that same day. This is a cautionary tale because we paid good money yet AAA fell short and then provided no apology or solace for not upholding their mission statement. I would NOT recommend them if you travel frequently and need RELIABLE roadside assistance services.
