On 08-01-2020 I gave Gmotorcars a check from my credit union for $16000 on top of the $1000 cash I gave them a few days prior. Within a week of buying the car It started saying gearbox default and loss power. I took it back to the dealership and almost a year later and the problem isn't fix and every time I take it back to them there is additional problems.Business response

We are well aware of the situation at hand. The vehicle was purchased on 8/5/20, Shortly after his delivery the Shifter K*** became inop. Under our 3 month **** miles limited powertrain warranty we replaced it at no charge to client. Customer picked up vehicle and drove it home. They have had the vehicle for 8 months and the same scenario reoccurred. Yes it is unfortunate, and we agreed to replace that shifter as a good will even though we are not obligated anymore per the 3/**** warranty. Sadly that part is not available anywhere as we have ordered 3 replacements and ALL have been canceled due to same issue or not available. The real complaint should go to Jaguar for producing an inferior part that seems to bee problematic. We are doing everything we can to obtain this part which is not terribly expensive, its just not available. Once we locate this Floor Shifter ****, we will have it installed.
