We have done two projects with Professional Home Improvement - a full house of window replacements and new front doors. Were so grateful to have found Mal and his team to work on our home. When talking through a project, Mal has a great eye for detail and he makes recommendations on things we hadnt even considered. Mal and his team are easy to work with and they take pride in their workmanship and the quality of the products they offer. Its clear that making sure the customer is pleased with their updates is key and whenever any installation glitches present themselves, as they always do with older homes, solutions are quickly found. Mal has always stood behind the work of Professional Home Improvement. Once were ready to do our siding we will be reaching back out to PHI.

********** was sloppy and unprofessional. We have had repeated issues with siding falling off of our house since the install was complete. Mal wont stand behind his warranty and repair the siding that is still falling off of our house

**** has a distorted view of this project. Yes, in the first few weeks after installation there were some adjustments made due to the construction of his house. We addressed and fixed them. After a huge wind storm he had a piece come down. I told him there is a Service charge for storm damage. He refused to pay the minimum fee. I also want to mention that during the course of the job we did several hundred dollars of extra work for him at no charge. I let him slide. He would tell the workmen do work that was not in the agreement telling them it was, when in fact it wasn't. Trying to encourage good customer relations I let it go. Now after a storm, he wants more free work, Sorry ****. For many of my clients who are above board customers I go above and beyond and fix things that are not my problem, and I don't charge them a *****. I wish you were one of them. You are entitled to your opinion, I am entitled to mine. By the way I was recommended to you by a friend whose house I sided. They have no issues with us. Nor do hundreds of other happy customers. Sorry we don't see eye to eye on this, it would have been repaired immediatley after your call. Storm damage is not covered under warranty. Good luck to you, when you are ready to pay the service call fee we will be happy to come out and fix the storm damage.
