Deceptive practices. I requested a quite and received four calls in a three minute time frame. This happened less than one minute from when I asked for a quote. I finally picked up the phone to get them to stop as they were not leaving messages. The person who answered said his name was ***** and asked if I was calling about the application I submitted for insurance. I said I did not submit an app and was only wanting a quote. He insisted it was an app. I asked him to put me on the do not call list. He hung up. I then received another call from someone also named *****, but a different voice. I told him that I do not want them calling me and asked to be put on the do not call list. He hung up. I called them back and asked to be put on the do not call list. He insisted I submitted an app. I told him that I requested a quote and did not apply for insurance. He said I was wrong. I asked to be put on the do not call list. He would not acknowledge the request and continued to badger me about applying for insurance and said that they will continue to call me. Within seven minutes, i got another call. I did not answer and no message. I then get another call two minutes later. I asked the person named *** where she was calling from and what company she works for. She would not tell me. This is a total scam and I have receive ten calls from them after requesting they stop.

Working with Affordable health has always been "stress-free" I've worked with **** for a second year now. He is professional and helpful in guiding us to make the appropriate medical decisions. I appreciate that **** has an incredible team. He is wonderful and patient in answering our many questions.

**** was very responsive and got us a great deal on our insurance. He offered us plans that were solid but other agents never even told us about these companies. We are saving approx $600 a month from what we were paying.

This complaint is in regards to the owner ****. His service was ok taking me in as a new customer and helping me start up interim *********************************************. However when I needed to cancel my policy a few months later, he not only dropped the ball but he also lost all professionalism. I notified him at the end of December that I would need this policy canceled the first of the year, and sent him documentation to do so. He assured me it would be taken care of. However, into the year I was still receiving mail/notifications from the insurance company as if the policy was still active. I then had to go behind him and actually cancel the policy myself mid month directly with the company, because he had not handled the administrative side of things the way he assured me he had. This obviously left me with a balance on the premium of this policy that would not have been in effect had he followed through on what he said he was going to. In bringing this to his attention, as mentioned above, **** lost all professionalism. He sent me numerous harassing emails all showing that the policy had been canceled as of the date that I CANCELLED IT, and noting notating that he had done his due diligence to cancel it as of the first of the year. His lack of professionalism, and the aggression I felt like I was met with in bringing this error to his attention was enough to motivate me to share my experience, even though I try to support small businesses regularly. However, I would not recommended working with **** as, from my experience, there was a lack of accountability and even respect when addressing a mistake on his part.

This is 100% not true she sent a letter canceling.I then forward it to insurance carrier as well as marketplace.When anyone purchase a plan through the Marketplace they are the only ones capable of canceling.The insurance company cant even cancel until the Marketplace authorize it..She kept insulting me that it was my fault even though I proved beyond a doubt that the Marketplace in fact had the cancellation and that can take up to ************************************************************************************************************************* her letter.She does not seem to realize a broker writes a consumer up that's it.Beyond that the broker is actually out of the picture 99% its up to the consumer to handle.I have all the actual proof if she would prefer to me to post which are the same proof I sent her

I called the insurance3 company after this review they said they can only cancel if the Marketplace does.Even if the consumer calls they have to go to the Marketplace the Market place did confirm the account was handle as ******************* requested.Was also told the Marketplace even though they have a cancellation for some reason they could not explain the actual cancellation will not be processed for ***** days .I do admit this is strange however our position is not in billing etc.We only pass the info to both parties.Have also copied and pasted from Cigna also showing from the marketplace was officially cancelled on 12/24/2021.I also extended a helping hand only because I served in the *********** and her husband as well.I told her if she can send any info of her new policy I will try to fight for her. She did not respond

Terrible manners. The owner treated me like a complete idiot. Do not deal with them. Complete scam business. Give them a call to see. Terrible!!!! He will be out of business soon!!! What a ****! I still can't believe how badly he treated me."

I remember this girl quite clearly first not a customer .Second calling on another person. Third she was asking about cancelling a plan with another company not our customer. She could not comprehend why if they cancelled Part B why they could keep the supplement asked her 4 times a Supplement has to supplement something if there is no B it cant supplement so for some reason she could not understand at the end of the day she said her friend already cancelled Part B which I have never heard that before however have to believe she knows what she is talking about. asked why and she didn't want her friend to pat the Part B premium for 143 dollars.

I also forgot to mention since she cant have the supplment even though not through me and not our customer she asked about making sure she doesn't get charged .Remember now not my customer don"t handle the insurance company her friend is .I suggested the safest way call the bank and put a stop on all future payments she insisted she wanted to fill a form out vs calling the bank. Again not my customer and the company in question is not one we handle the entire time she was irrational told her I'm not the agent I'm not making a penny her reasoning I make money on everyone (????)I told her then go to the website which I gave her and she still wanted to know where to go I told her we don't handle that company and its impossible to know.
