I stayed at this location for a total of 8 nights and am requesting a full refund for the following reasons. The first room I was given I had paid for a standard room and only got a double queen room, which cost less per night. There were sports players above my room making loud noises making it difficult to sleep for two nights in a row. I had gotten moved to a new room, and there were significant noise issues coming from next door for another night of my stay in that room. Last night there were even worse noise issues from a new guest in the room next to me. Last night I was disturbed by loud banging for 6 hours straight. In addition, one of the disturbed nights I asked an employee named ******* for help. She told me if I did not like it, I could go stay across the street instead. Last night when I approached her with noise issues, she had told me that I could check out at 12:30am. So I did exactly that and ended up having to sleep in my car because I could not find anywhere else even somewhat nice to stay. ******* told customer support around ****** this morning that the manager ****** said if I kept complaining, I would no longer be allowed to stay at the hotel. I have been trying to reinstate my bookings all morning and she nor the manager would allow me to do so. The manager said that it would be best if I found somewhere else to stay. ******* would not even allow me to grab a cup of coffee this morning. I tried to and she shouted me down and said I am no longer a guest and need to leave. I said I was trying to check in and she said I had to wait another three hours for ******, the manager, to do so. She said that I could not wait inside and had to wait outside. When ****** finally showed up he had informed me that maybe this is not the best place for me to stay. That I should find somewhere else to stay. In other words, he felt I was causing too many problems complaining and did not want me to stay there anymore. For these reasons I would like to be refunded.
