      Well as a returning customer, I will not be going back. I bought a dodge from them almost two years ago. Since I needed a bigger car, I figured I'd give them a call. After letting the salesman know what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay, and my trade in, he said he will see what he can do. I gave him all my information and let him go to work. I then get a call stating the deal is done bring in my trade and supporting documents and I am good to go. I bring everything in and test drive the car which I loved. Then I get the run around saying the deal isn't done and they are still trying to get me financed. Waited 2 hours for nothing. If this is how they treat returning customers, I'd hate to be a new customer. If they were straight up with me it would be different but to tell me a deal is done only to waste my time in the end is ridiculous.

      I left my Jeep Wrangler for a warranty service, was not provided a service car that was part of my contract and told I could "start calling" if I needed a rental car. Once I finally found one, I was told I could also find a ride - despite them having a ******. Friday brought no information, although I called twice. Syed specifically told me he'd have an answer and approval by Friday. Saturday morning I call because of no updates, and was told he didn't get any approval and they're closed on weekends so I'll have to keep paying out of my own pocket for the rental. I called Mopar, got the number he needed, called him back and Syed said "I'm not going to be told by a ****** off customer that I did my job wrong". I did not yell at him, I was trying to explain he submitted the claim wrong. I went and got my Jeep and brought it to ****** in ******* on Monday, and they already have the approval done and offered a shuttle until a service car is available. I am not out $389 for a rental car when Antioch Chrysler Jeep did nothing, and I was also told by the Service Manager that it is NONE OF MY BUSINESS how his employees talk to customers. This is the worst dealership I have ever had the misfortune of going to and I am considering legal action.

      I went to purchase a vehicle for $11,400 and was told the final price over $14,000. Around $3000 more than asking. I was told they automatically add a $1000 fee to every vehicle they sell for any work they've done no matter how much it is. We pulled up the carfax report and they hadn't even so much as done an oil change on the car I wanted to purchase. I began getting pressured and told the man that I didn't appreciate being pressured. He then told me that I was pressuring him. I was in shock and left. NEVER GET A CAR HERE! COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS!

      Antioch Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership scammed me over $4,000 on a Jeep Compass 2022 I bought there. The salesman and I agreed on a sale price of $33,555 based on the **** price of $36,400 minus rebates. This price was approved by management. They had me wait several hours to see the financial manager and complete the sale. Unfortunately, I had an emergency at home and needed to leave ASAP. When at the financial manager's office, I explained my predicament and told them I trusted that everything was in order as agreed as I had no time to go over all the documents. I (stupidly!) signed the documents without carefully reviewing them. When I got home I discovered they had inflated the sale price to $40,631, $4,231 over the promised price!! On top of that, they added $4,500 for an extended warranty that they never told me about nor I approved of. As well as $1,000 ************* they misled me about the price. They also double-dip in charging me for an undercoating service. I went to the dealership on the next business day to dispute the altered and not approved charges on the contract. I met with the Sales Manager,*****. I got the extended warranty and gap insurance canceled as well I got refunded $1000 for the double-dipping charge on the undercoating. However, he didn't want to refund me the $4,000 overcharged. Instead, he added $500 to the refund to shut me off. I told him I wanted all my money back. In summary, after several calls and visits to the dealership the manager offered me $1000 but I refused as I wanted at least $3,000. I called the manager and the dealership owner many times to get my money back but they never got back to me. Thus, I contacted a lawyer who told me that because I signed an "arbitration document" I was limited on what to do. I am very distraught about this. Please don't trust this leadership. They are not honest and do deceptive practices. They stole from me.., Shame on them!!!
