I bought a used 2019 Honda Accord LX from here less than a week ago. I have already ran into multiple problems sense then. Bought - 1 / 29 / 2022 Price - $26,789 before taxes What they promised and how they said they would resolve this issue - While test driving the car I was told it came with Android Auto if I were to plug it in. I come to find out after buying the car Android Auto was actually not compatible. This feature was a main selling point for me and so I contacted the business for a replacement radio that came with it and they refuse to pay for the cost which would be about $1,500 for me to do. Another Issue is that I was never told about a small crack in the front window, I had found this while driving home the car that same day but couldn't call back because they were closed. It was extremely hard to see from the outside but once in the car its noticeable. They also refuse to repair that as well even though they never told me about it.Business response

we bought with customers approval a weather tech phone mount. to fix issue.
we have repaired windshield chip. we will reach back out to customer to verify his approval.

I am rejecting this response because:
1. I never accepted the cup holder as a replacement for the features I was promised on my car, which was the android auto function. I have been asking for compensation for this feature.
2. The crack was never mentioned to me. I only found it after getting home that same night and was unable to call back because Toyota was closed.
When I did call about it, they said they wouldn't do anything about it. I would be agreeable to having it fixed, but it hasn't been fixed
