Correcting deed must be entered into ****** ****** ********** for the driveway easement I purchased for my property *** ** **** ******* ************ ** *****. Upon death of my husband May 29, 2022 I was blocked out of my purchase by ****** ****** and his renter **** ****. Harrasement included posting big public signs against me, blocking driveway with two trucks, skid steers, heavy equipment and do not tresspass. I was warn that I would be arrested by local city police if I tried to access the only driveway I purchased with my home. i am disabled in a wheel chair age going on 72 years old. I spent money for survey by ********* ** *********** who searched the ****** ****** ********** for the paper no deed to use that driveway found. I spent money with several lawyers who now want as much as $5000-$8000 to fight this in court. I contacted Community Title **** ***** ******* *** ****** ******** ***** **** ******, President, He diverted from performing the corrective deed and fed fuel to run me around with his lies. Going toward 10 month lock block out with threats of Police, I have now been accused not to live there. I can not go into house when blocked out. I have intentionally treated with verbal accusations. When I raise my ideas of my disabilities since 2005 and my age i am scoffed. How am I supposed to pay for this additional expense due to intentional harassment against me? I have not been respected. I need your help. I am a retired teacher. I spent my money to live a comfortable house which now i am denied. Please get me a correcting easement driveway deed .Business response

Ms. ******* has a poor understanding of her situation. She has a valid easement to use a shared driveway over her neighbor's property. When the neighbor sold their property recently, the new owner has prevented Ms. ******* from using the driveway. Title insurance does not cover easements unless covered under a specific easement endorsement, which Ms. ******* does not have. Despite this, Community Title offered to pay the legal fees for a lawyer to get an injunction against the neighbor. The lawyer that we hired for Ms. *******, ****** *******, with the law firm of ********** ****** * ********** ***** tried to negotiate a resolution with the neighbor. Ultimately, the neighbor told our lawyer she would have to sue him because Ms. ******* was crazy. When ****** called Ms. ******* to verify some of the details she needed to put in the complaint for an injunction, Ms. ******* berated her and told her she would report her to the Illinois Bar. Now Ms. ****** is doing the same to me as she can't seem to get out of her own way. Community Title will therefore provide no further assistance. I am rejecting this response because: please provide your file concerning my purchase of *** ** **** *** *********** ********. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ENTIRE LISTING FROM *****. IT STATED DRIVE WAY. not easement. You failed to give that driveway ingress and egress to alley road from my property. Your title work did not indicate rejection of that driveway or in terms of easement it did not decline or reject the property driveway. You did poor work for the job leaving off the deed. Your are iishonest. ****** to trick me with a person hired by you and your agency to trick again lie and never was a legal representation contract with lawyer signed by lawyer or me. You picked a dealing approach in this response against me and my direct response to you. It looks to be full of facts to ridicule me for standing my ground insisting you did not provide the property in deed that I paid for. Show me the legal contract of that propert to purchase. Show me the ***** contract I signed to buy with all disclsures...very important ***** ********* ***** ******** listoed the property. Printed sale brochure. All showed the word of driveway to alley. Show me your complete file . You have to retain this file accordingly to Illinois directives as a Title agency for home real estate purchase. Ask for ***** file. You should not belittle me in the public just because you slam and label a 71 year disabled wheel chair woman in public conveys how badly you lied . You do not wish to fix your mistake because of the expense to make a correcting deed. You hired your lawyer who accused me. When I politely disagreed with her intense arguments about my house I was thrown under the bus and she quit. You said to find another attorney to correct the deed. Again you lied instead you throw me to the curb. Not practicing good work effective deed preparation you failed.please call to help me place paperwork documents on this file.********* *******

Attached is the deed granting the driveway easement to the ******* property. Also attached is the deed to ******* showing that his property is subject to the easement. This is not an issue of whether Ms. ******* has an easement, it is an issue of enforcing an easement that already exists. We will not be responding to any further requests.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Community Title was to represent my property interest regarding my purchase of *** ** **** while I was in Wyoming. They failed to give as advertised a full driveway to enter and exit the property. Therefore, no mention of easement to me. You failed me. You owe me property protection. The police visited me, threatening to write me up because I use the driveway now due to no correcting deed which I have asked you for. The ***** ****** ********** rejects my ownership of the driveway. No record found to include property rights of the driveway. I am breaking the law according to the police If I drive on the property. Please send me a correcting deed.
