I used ServPro ******** 6 years ago for mold removal in my attached garage. I got a 10 warranty with everything that was done in 2017. Unfortunately my mold came back in the same spot. I call Servpro to discuss what was happening and was told by the front office she couldnt find anything previous from a year. I said how is this possible? She stated the franchise was bought out. I have been trying to talk to a man named **** and he has insisted that I find my warranty to prove I had it because now theres only a year warranty. I asked why does their system not provide them with any of that? I call corporate and they said they cant help me because its owned separately by different people due to being a franchise and have to contact the BBB for the original owner to handle this since it was their issue that wasnt handled properly. This is disturbing that you have to jump through hoops to get the mold that was supposed to be done correctly the first *********** again and then to be told oh well we can come out for an inspection $250 and start a new claim. This is NOT ok.Initial Complaint

Servpro came in for a minor water damage to our home. They caused more damage than they repaired and now refuse to fix anything they damaged.
