This is the first company we have found that can clean dryer vents in older condo buildings with winding vent lines. The Vortex process they use can do all the work in the dryer and the 25' vent line to the outside. The adapter slides into the ductwork. There is a small hole that a flexible line attached to an air compressor can be pushed into the duct to the outside of the building. There is also an attachment for a shop vac. They turn on the shop vac that ***** out the lint and begin sliding the air compressor line through the ductwork to the outside. The air compressor breaks up the lint and it is sucked back to the shop vac. No damage to the ductwork or other parts of the condos. The workers are courteous, respectful and do a good job. Brouwer Brothers listened to our concerns an offered ** a method that actually does clean the whole line as well as the dryer. Other have promised but never delivered. Omg where do I begin?!! These guys are the bestess!!! Very professional, courteous, punctual, honest, friendly and just all around wonderful. I had a leak and needed to find the cause because it was my second claim! ***** came out, assessed and made his recommendations and the next thing I knew, his crew came and handled the mitigation smoothly. ***** ******* and a couple others (don't remember their names) were swift, yet thorough. They protected my floors and windows! They made absolutely no mess at all. They removed 3 and a half ceilings in my home and I never had to leave. I'm mostly impressed at how my bathroom doesn't have a scratch as they removed the ceiling and put plastic up there for extra protection. I was sad to see them go and I've never said this about any company ever in life. ************ kept me informed every step of the way. Thank you so much for a job well done. Just had our ducts cleaned by **********. He did a great job. Very professional and informative showing before/after pictures of the ducts. Would definitely use Brouwer Brothers again.
