Not Happy with the HANDLING FEE added to shipping as at least doubling the shipping charge.They need a spot for *** or fed ex collect or I won't do anymore business.

First time ordering and I must say they are lightening fast getting the parts out. Literally the next day it came because I ordered it early in the AM. The part was less expensive than other ********** fit perfectly. I ordered 2 interlocking switches for my microwave. I'm now up n nuking!! LolReview from Phillip S

I like their customer service quite well however i hate their website it really lacks. and they seem to NEVER have the correct model numbers to any specific brand. And i have experienced lately they will allow ordered parts to be sent to the wrong address. This would'nt happen if they would stay on top of things. I prefer other parts places to this one. Also im trying right now to cancel an order i placed no more than 20 minutes ago but there are no options allowing me to do so and now i will have to wait until it comes in to send it back when i could have saved them on shipping.Review from Arthur B

Ordered parts twice for my ** Front Load washer. They had best prices I could find and shipped fast. Parts appear to be real OEM. Highly recommended. Just make sure you order the right parts. Tub spider elsewhere was over $200. Just $159 at Parts Town.Review from Steven H

Next Day Air, Still Not Here, PartsTown Doesn't **** Needed a tube of grease asap. Called customer service and was told to go to website and choose "Next Day Air - Saturday Delivery". Followed these directions and paid $108.95 for shipping an $11.90 item. Receipt stated it would arrive by 12:00 Noon on the following Saturday. Employees were awaiting this product to start a production run and were at my facility that Saturday. However, as of this Monday morning the product still hadn't arrived. I called **************** and found out the product was STILL at its facility, not having even been shipped yet. Tried to cancel order and was told "its in the process of being shipped so you cannot cancel". I guess this might be a decent company if you have plenty of time to wait for your shipment, but don't trust it when it says "overnight", "next day" or "immediate service".Review from Matthew G

I ordered a part for my washing machine and it arrived fine but it wasnt the right part to fix my dishwasher. So I asked for a refund and they said I could get a refund and ship it back. So I followed their instructions and shipped it back. When it arrived they said they would not issue me a refund because the part wasnt new anymore. Needless to say, they lied about the refund and Im out $150. Dont use these guys.
