On November 24th I took two of my vehicles to car to The Eagle Auto Transport location ******************************************************* to be transported to *********. Vehicle#1 a jaguar SUV Vehicle #2 a jaguar sedan and I explained to the manager that the jaguar XF sedan will need to be jumpstarted to be moved due to the battery having low cells. I explained the jump process and that to jump the car from the trunk because the battery is in the trunk of the car. On November 26th the manager from called me stating he could not start the car. So he called me on face time. during the face time call I saw that he was using my jaguar SUV to jump start my jaguar car. i didn't understand why a auto tow and transport needed to use my SUV to jump start my car. He did not ask me for my permission to use my car to start the other car this was done without my consent. He did not use a tow truck or a professional battery jumpstart on my car and im paying over 2 grand for service. Not ***** if discrimination or just bad practice and service. During the face time video call I noticed he had the jumper cables connected at the front hood of the car after I explained to him that the battery of a jaguar is in the trunk. He stated he has never heard of this. He hung up the phone saying he could not get it started. I explained it will get a flight from ********* to ******* to ensure my vehicles are not damaged and properly transported. He said the driver is going to come back tomorrow because he had to take another car. I said ok. On November 28th the Eagle Auto Transport manager called and said it was very difficult but both trucks are on the truck and will be delivered it said ok. When they car was delivered we could not turn them car off because the start button was broken. We asked the driver he said go call them ma ***** so I zelled him they money to play for the transport. Called they manager and he told me the starter was broken and if told him its was not.

Hello, The 2010 Jaguar XF was dropped after hours at our location and we were never informed that the car had electrical problems, not just weak battery, it was barely drivable and quite in rough condition with missing and broken parts all over . It took us 3 hours in freezing weather, battery pack and jump start from 2 cars simultaneously to be able to start it for which we did not charge anything extra. Both cars were picked up in timely manner and delivered in only 4 days to ********* and we kept the the customer informed on the progress the whole time.As for the start button it was broken before and it's visible on one of the outside pictures we took. Customer claims it has a video showing the button when the driver got first in the car but strangely refuses to provide it. Also tried to blame us about missing piece of trim from his other vehicle which he removed the following day when needed access to it!

I am rejecting this response because: the business is not trust worthy and honest. I explained the battery cells with the car before I dropped it off. The reason I had to bring my car to the eagle auto transport location was because the manager said that was the best option so the driver would not have issues and because I was leaving town. The manager knows he damaged my car and will not take responsibility for what happened. It does not matter the age off the car if you damage it bet responsible and do the right things. He states there were missing parts on the car. can you please explain what parts are missing. Because the agreement was to transport the car and now that you state there are more missing parts im even more concerned about what happened and what caused the parts inspection on my car. I drove the car to the eagle auto transport location on ******** That means the car could start and its operational to drive. The car is not in that same condition. Please explain why this would happen. Also with the lack of responsibility you stated in your BBB comments that you have pictures to show they button was broken please provide that evidence and I will provide mine. And im sure you won't because everything was in working conditions when they car was given to your company.

      Sincerely,

      *************************

We can not take responsibility for any mechanical problems with the vehicle or parts malfunctioning during transport because we can not make evaluation of the mechanical condition of the car at time of pick up. We were never informed the battery has missing cells otherwise we wouldn't have accepted the car nor quote the transport as operable vehicle that can be driven on its own on the carrier. It's important in what condition the car was because judging by the rough shape it was in (hanging bumper, broken trim all around, many scratches and dents, spare tire instead of actual tire, having a piece of paper towel instead of a wiper) it clearly shows it was mistreated by whoever drove it.  The start button in question is quite worn out and cracked. Attached is a picture from outside clearly showing the button was broken when we did the pickup inspection. Customer also removed a piece of trim from his other vehicle when needed access to it the following day trying to blame it on us as well therefore non of the claims we consider are in good faith.

I am rejecting this response because:

      Sincerely,

      *************************

because you have proven on a number of occasions that you are a shady business. They picture that you sent clearly shows that the push start button was there. You broke my car and you will pay for this in court. This is only the beginning. I will make sure you never do this to anyone else. You are a liar and I think you for sending the proof of your lies. Below is have added the pic sent from you compared to the way my car was delivered.

This auto shipping company was supposed to pick my car up on Saturday May 8th, driver said they weren’t available so it was scheduled for pickup on Sunday may 9th. I’ve received multiple calls from different people of the “business” changing the dates of when my car is supposed to be picked up. May 9th I spoke with someone who said they can pick my car up today (May 10). This “business” is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Employees are disrespectful, they hang up on me while I’m talking and trying to make arrangements when THEY ARE THE ONES WHO KEEP CHANGING MY PICK UP DATE. I spoke with a man on Friday evening and he says “oh I’ll pick your car up Saturday” AFTER THEY TOLD ME SATURDAY WAS UNAVAILABLE DUE TO NO DRIVERS I said “it’s scheduled for pick up Sunday” he gets an attitude and just hangs up on me. I spoken with a lady Sunday and she said “we can pick you car up Monday” and I said no what the hell happened because it’s Sunday and it’s supposed get picked up today. She hangs up. Very upset!
