    ordered bumper and fender for 2002 buick lasabre and to be painted.Recved items in 2weeks.Web site says wait about 2weeks for track number and to be painted,then time to del.Both items colors match car perfectly.Alot of people just dont have patience and expect daily reports as usual.I guess they just dont read all info on web site or dont care too.Great job painted auto for work ******** just have to see how paint job holds up in time.

    This place has very poor service. It took almost 40 days to receive a door mirror, twice as long as they said it would. No one would return a message. I will never order from them again. I do not understand how they can be "the leading auto body part store online" as their website says. Absolutely terrible!

    Don't know why or how this place still has business or a website. They using a website to scam customers. It call paintautopart.com. Take money and no response for a month. Can't get hold of them. Email no reply check order still at painting, for whole month.

    I would give zero or less than zero stars if one available. I don't how this company is still in the business. I ordered a front bumper for my ****** Altima 2016 and they sent me some random bumper that doesn't fit on my car for around $600. They took 8 weeks to send the wrong bumper. In the past 4 weeks, I sent pictures of labels and bumper multiple times. I called several times and sent 10 emails, pretty much every other day. Now, they are not responding at all. I don't understand, what to do with the wrong bumper and not sure how to get my money back from this horrible company.

    Horrible company. After they sent me a damaged fender, I submitted the required return form and added photos. After not hearing from them for over a week, I emailed them asking what was going on. They told me someone would get ahold of me within a day. Havent heard anything since. They have ignored my emails for a month now and of course there is no phone number. Ive lost my money and theres no getting it back. They are a scam.

    Terrible communication, bad follow through with customer service. They should have called with questions regarding paint code information but instead just painted the fender with their color choice and sent it out 10 weeks later. Fender was also dented upon arrival. They stopped responding to my emails. I don't recommend this company and will not endorse for future contracted work. Thank goodness for **** fair market arbitrators. "federal standard ************** green" not forest Green. They should have done the right thing and offered to repaint but instead chose to ignore and loose another customer for poor business practices. For information refer to Better Business Bureau reviews and open business claims when searching for reputable businesses.

    **************** This is the second time i purchased first time a bumper and fender for my car in 2019 and now i purchased Fender, Hood , and front bumper and passenger mirror . All parts came packaged vary well and nothing damage and all painted beautiful. And the shipment carrier text me to call and set up time for delivery and we both talked about calling me 45 minutes before delivery so i could be home to inspect parts and by the way I ordered my parts on November 1 I got everything delivered November 22 I am extremely pleased with my parts and service.

    This company is a joke. Sent me parts that completely do NOT fit the description. Did not fit my car. Have been reaching out for months. Nobody answers emails or phone calls. whatever you do DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a trap and they WILL take you money and give you the wrong parts. And they WILL NOT REFUND YOU for it.

    I ordered parts, non painted parts, that said **** day delivery. Order placed on 7/31/23. As of 8/29/23 I have not received parts nor will anyone answer phone or return emails.
