3/30/2023 6:30 pm The man had hosted a "roll top desk" for sale on ******** marketplace. I had contacted him early in the day stating that I was interested. Throughout the day we made a plan to meet after I got off of work. I pulled money out of the bank and went to see it. However it wasn't quite what I was thinking and said, "well, i dont know, it's not quite what I had in mind".. to which the owner (**********) immediately became aggressively hostile and responded, "Get the F**K out of my store." A sentiment he referred back to multiple times. Bewildered, I said, "what?" and he repeated the same. I said what is your problem.. I didn't even say I wasn't going to buy it". To which he replied "You are the problem *********. Wasting my time".ANYWAY.. .to make a long story short, the verbal abuse continued as I left the store to the point where he actually THREATENED TO HIT ME. I said, "you're an angry man huh?", to which he replied, "YEAH I AM! DOUCHEBAG!".I sat in my truck for a moment and as he drove away he mentioned how the best part of me rolled down my fathers leg. I've read online that this man has had multiple interactions like this and that the community knows him for being such (starting to yell if asked questions). I can't imagine how the business community puts up with his store in the town. Honestly, the only way I can see this man doing business is if he abused and bullied people into buying things. Heaven help any non-English speaker that walks into this business and gets wrapped up in this man's abuse.I believe the store should be investigated.Initial Complaint

I purchased a fridge from this company September 28, 2022, and on October 23, 2022, the whole freezer part of the fridge stopped working, i contacted *** who seems to be the said owner/person we were in contact with thru the purchase of the appliance, he did not seem to be of any help regardless of the fact we did not even have the item for a full month. Understanding it was second-hand use fridge it was still $560 I completely lost. He should not be running as a business at all, at this point he is scamming people. I am a nursing mother and I have a milk I store in the freezer for my child but thank you to this man i am unable to do so at the moment, along with having to buy a fridge from Lowes for $1,399 mind you I am not getting this delivered till 11/2/2022. Someone should hold this man accountable for his actions.Initial Complaint

On 2/19/22 I purchased a ******* HE washer and dryer set for ****** I washed a load of lightly soiled clothes the night I bought it and when the wash cycle was done the clothing was visibly dirtier than when it was put in and had a foul order I talked to the owner less than 24 hours after purchasing it and he was very rude and told me I was lying that he ran a load of towels in it and it worked.i told him that it ran through the cycles but did not clean the clothes so its useless.i asked to trade the set for another washer dryer set he has available priced at ****** he said he would trade it but would not refund any money,so in essence is forcing me to pay ****** for a ****** set or be stuck with a washer that does not work properly and I cannot use.So I was forced to trade. He got back the ******* set plus my old washer and dryer which was still in working condition and ****** for a ****** set.he stated to me that he didnt even have to let me trade because his receipt says all sells are final but he also said the ******* set worked great before I purchased it,when in fact the washer does not work properly,and it is incapable of cleaning clothes.
