9/2021- reached out to superior door who came recommended because garage door was very slow and sluggish. A tech was sent out who thought there was a broken spring. He suddenly pulled the emergency cord while the door was up without securing it and it fell hard and loud. My partner and I noticed creases on the panels and pointed them out. He denied it was from the fall because he put his foot to stop it before it fell. Distance between door and cable was about 7 feet, mind you. Kept denying it, said hed be back to replace the spring and quickly left. I called the manager, ****** and told her what had happened. She assured me he, *******, was a great worker and shed talk to him.I seemed advice on FB business group as to how to proceed in case they denied it. ****** saw the post and started being sassy, sarcastic and *****. For months, we had water making its way into the garage, debris getting caught, critters coming in.Replacement panel came in the wrong color, but I asked it stay on to avoid water coming in. This was in January, 4 months after the initial interaction. I was assured it wouldnt be nearly as long to get the right color panel in. June 8th I get a call that someone will be here tomorrow to replace it. No show. June 10th, they show up and replace it. Again, the wrong color. I give up. At least its fixed and not completely off. I posted on the local rants and raves page about my experience so that others could beware this business and ******, the ***** starts practically blaming me- that Im a story teller, etc. She is unable to accept responsibility. In the first email reply from her, she clearly accepts responsibility and clearly says ALL panels are creased. And will need replacing. I seek compensation for when that time comes. I would like to have another local business get us the right color panels and work on our garage door. Because of her workers negligence this is the situation we were put in.
