      We met and signed with *********************** of ETR, in an effort to exit our timeshare. We were charged $1400 with another $1345 due at the completion of the exit. We were instructed not to pay any money to our timeshare. We notified ***** that we had an offer from our timeshares exit department. We were told that we needed to bring our maintenance fees current, which they were at that time, and then pay $1200 fee. ***** stressed we should not take the offer, as the timeshare can take our money and still not let us out. ***** even reduced our fees for us to continue to keep working with his company rather than accept the offer. BTW, ***** will only talk on the phone, no email correspondence, no record.In the contract from ETR, they state the exit process can take up to/over a year. We followed their instructions. After the 1st of the year we again owed our maintenance fees. About 7 months into our contractual relationship, ***** told us to take the above offer, which contradicted his previous instructions. So because we didn't accept the initial offer we had to pay another $1100 in maintenance fees, and an additional $350 for late charges. ***** had told us that paying more money encourages them to not let you out. Out another $1450 for following their instructions. We called ***** and expressed our dissatisfaction and shock at being directed to take the previous offer. We told ***** that if we are taking the previous offer, then his company has done nothing for us but cost us an additional $1450 plus his fees. I informed ***** that I had lost faith in his company and requested a refund for services not received. He talked in circles trying to get me to not stop using his services. When I told him I would simply dispute with our credit card, he told me we never lose with credit card disputes. Unfortunately he is right, his process takes so long, that at 6 months you lose the ability to dispute through your credit card. The timeshare industry is a scam and so is ETR.

      It was so very easy to work with ***** and staff. they guided me through every step in the process. They also kept in touch with me every month until the process was complete. this was not a painful process for me. They got me out of the timeshare that my ex-husband did not take care of as per the divorce decree. This is a huge relief to me and I will not have to carry this burden of an unwanted timeshare.

      I have been contacted by this company 7 times by representatives stating they are with ETR, in violation of the Telephone ******** Protection Act, as well as ******* Telephone Solicitation Statutes and the ******* Telemarketing Act.They have another review about this in which the company gave some bogus response regarding their actions.I have sent this company a legal Demand Letter for $31,500 for their violations.Today I called their toll free number to let them know they have legal correspondence, I spoke with Alexi, she denied that anyone from ETR called me as she claims it is only her and ******* (the owner) working there.I have filed a consumer complaint with ****************** of *********** and ******** Services, they will be getting a fine. I have also been in contact with the *** and will be placing a formal complaint with them as well.This is a shady company who violates ******** Protection laws then wants to lie to your face about doing it.Well, I have news, you called the wrong person, I'm not the one to stick my tail between my legs..... I'm the one who will see this through all the way.Based on the other review about your illegal calls to people on the Do Not Call Registry, and then my calls, I am sure there are others, lots of others.Can you say "class action lawsuit."Go ahead and respond with your bogus response you gave me over the phone Alexi, about only you and ******* working there. Apparently you have never been sued and have never heard of "discovery", but of you are looking to find out, I'd be glad to show you once I file the case and get a subpoena.I'm trying to work with you, but if games are what you are into, checkout the players in my team: I have the ****************, the ****************** such as the *** and the *** in my team.

      This review is the result of a 3rd party, not an employee of our company.The first we heard of this claim is when *** phoned on 3/7/22 and initially would not provide any information to Alexi of who he was or why he was calling, yet making a rash of insinuations. It saddens me that in this time when so many are struggling to maintain a business and offer a legitimate service, there are so many that are trying to scam or manipulate individuals or businesses in various ways.It is prevalent that most ALL of us have been a victim of some type of scam. Thankfully we have nothing to hide and we do our best to be completely transparent and one individual like yourself or negative review wont change that.Anyone can ask any of our current clients, existing clients, our even our accountant and payroll service, (if it should come to that), we can provide proof that we do not employ anyone other than myself, and Alexi in the office. And how they came about to be a client in our office, I can assure you, not by cold calls or being harassed.We do have a few team members who work P/T if extra assistance is needed in the office for filing, etc. but primarily they work at shows and events that we participate in throughout the year. This is how we have always built our business; by gathering leads in person, not making cold calls to anyone who has NOT filled out their information and provided it to us to be contacted. Again, we track this, so it can be provided.We do not advertise on TV or Radio, we have some clients who find us on our website, many by referrals and those few times when someone simply drives by the office. So ask yourself, why would we risk our reputation at this point in time for something as you state, by harassing individuals who have already most likely been burned.We have been in business for over ************************************************************************************************** those 16 years we have only had 4 negative reviews, many in this industry get more than that in a day.We will allow our attorney to address / dispute this situation.Thank you

      ****************,It sadenns me that I am trying to work with your attorney in settling with you amicably, yet you make this long response full of lies and dishonesty.Let me make it public that you had your attorney ***************************** contact me to attempt to resolve this **** lawsuit against you for the unwanted, unsolicited calls your firm made to me whether directly, or indirectly through a contracted call center on your behalf.I was sent by your attorney the name and address of the "lead generation" provider you YOU contracted to place calls on your behalf, a gentleman by the name of ***********************, who's address to the call center is located in ******* ******, which your attorney has expressed that since this incident you have terminated the contract with them immediately since they now put your ******* at risk. Therefore you are being completely dishonest, and lying publicly stating in your own words that you do not employ anyone other than yourself and Alexi, well sure that is true, but according to your attorney which is relaying information provided by you guys that you "contracted" (not employed) the lead generation firm out of ******* ******.Now knowing what I know, the information provided by you to your attorney, if I were a consumer your dishonest response would certainly raise a red flag, and I would not put my trust in a person who is willing to lie.The reason your attorney provided me with the name of the ******* who generates consumer leads to you is because I had asked Alexi on the phone for the name of the ******* who generates leads to pursue them instead of you, and you gave her said info to provide to me, however I immediately saw the address to the call center was out of ******* ******, and your attorney has even explained to me that the lead gen ******* is so shady, they don't even have a ******* name, they use an address out of Washington or somewhere else in their taxes.Sir, you have another complaint here in your BBB page for the same issue, someone else complaining about the same issue and you responded with some BS response that it was a "system error" that has since been fixed. Sir, you are dishonest plain and simple.You "willfully, and knowingly" break Federal laws with relation to telemarketing, specifically the ***** which states as a telephone solicitor you MUST scrub your calling list against the National Do Not Call Registry to remove numbers out of your list that are on the *** (DO NOT CALL REGISTRY), ******* has a similar law, the ******* Telemarketing Act as well as the ******* Telephone Solicitation Statutes which state the same.Additionally, both Federal AND State law says that YOU are VICARIOUSLY LIABLE for what a marketer YOU hired does on YOUR behalf...they call and generate leads for YOU and get paid a commission, therefore you have created what is referred to as an "agency relationship" (do your due diligence sir).Furthermore, based on your previous BBB complaint I am not the only person who has received calls from yourself or the call center out of ****** on your behalf, who's number is on the ***, surely there are tons more people, which meets the requirements of a "CLASS" certification (class action).Each and every call in violation of the **** carries a statutory penalty of up to $3,000, and the ******* "mini ****" carries up to a $1,500 penalty, paid to the Consumer. Sir, your attorney is in receipt of a "Letter of intent to ***", where if we have not settled this matter by Friday March 25, 2022 by 5pm EST I will have no other recourse but to proceed with filing this matter in District Court in the Middle District Court of *******. (Federal court sir).FYI: Your attorney is NOT licensed with the ******* **************** therefore she would have to file "Pro hac vice", which means you have to retain a SECOND attorney who is licensed with the ******* **************** which means double the retainer, and when you lose this case (which you will under vicarious liability) the court will award me my legal fees as well, PLUS the statutory penalties of $4,500 per call, all 7 of them in the amount of $31,500. Mind you as a consumer I do not need to spend a ***** upfront with an attorney as for consumers attorneys take our case on a "contingency" basis, they get paid when they win, and "win" they will as the attorney I have chosen, or should I say legal team as it is 2 of them, happen to specialize mainly in Class Action cases, particularly with ****.I really encourage you to consult with your attorney on what is going to be your best option, ask her about this Pro hac vice, and sir, if you are hanging your hat on the fact that you hired a third party (which in your above response you deny), then you are not very familiar with what vicarious liability is, I have the statutes to share with you, as well as the case law which my legal team will gladly present in court.

      Highly Recommend Easy Timeshare Relief to get rid of your Timeshare… I bought my timeshare with my sister when we were young and gullible. We never used it. We tried a few companies along the way but ended up losing the money they asked for upfront. After 25 years of having a timeshare we never used and could not even donate, a friend told me about Easy Timeshare Relief and how they helped her get out of her timeshare. When I also saw a representative at the State Fair, I decided to give them a call. They responded in a timely manner. After meeting with Steve and getting all of the info, we decided to move forward. It took a little longer than expected (2 years, but had to switch closing companies twice and Covid).
