* Ordered boots * Boots didn't fit * IMMEDIATELY went back in the box and return shipped * Got boots back "return to sender no such address", called Rural Haze - "oops, our business address changed, send here instead" (seemed genuinely confused how i got the number I called, even though it's the number that comes up when you ****** 'rural haze customer service'* Shipped again * Got an email "we can't refund you, there are significant signs of wear and tear"* Cue 2 months of emails, calls, instagram messages, texts, tried from different phone numbers and NOTHING. I could not beg hard enough for a return call.* Received 1 email that they can "either donate the boots or ship them back to me"* Said i wanted them returned back to me. * Cue more weeks of calls, emails, instagram messages, and NOTHING. Good Morning:
Thank you for your message. Our address did not change, it's the same address that we have had since November. **** did 're-standardize' our area and there was a glitch in their system, showing that the address didn't exist. Once **** messaged, we sent her a *** label.
I have attached screenshots of the video that was sent to **** (the system does not accept .mov files), showing the outside label on the box, as well as the signs of wear on the shoes. The shoes were not only sent back without their box, but were sent in a paper bag, with signs of wear.
We are happy to send them back, but the customer will need to provide a label (or pay for one).

We just reviewed the screenshot the customer sent over. Please see the attached screenshots. The ones she sent in, show no response on our end. I don't know if it was cut out or if she pulled from a separate thread.

I am rejecting this response because:I never received that email from them with those attachments. I have not received a phone call or any of my messages returned in weeks. Any response from them I have received has been vague and unhelpful.
I have not received the item back, nor do I understand at all why a refund is not possible. I see no signs of wear and tear, those boots look as perfect as the day I opened them. As the reason for my return in the first place is the boots do not fit, receiving them back will put me in the same position i am in now which is I'm out the $80 and I do not have a product I can use.
Refund my card. I will not be scammed out of my money for no reason.

Rural Haze still has both my money and the product. They will not call me or acknowledge me. I will not give up until i have my money back. Thank you.

I order some items on the 4th of April. I cancelled 2 hours later because I seen the site looked suspicious. I emailed over 8 times and have not received a response until 3 days later. I responded to the response and told them to cancel my order again. The telephone number is not working and they have no customer service available. Three days later I received a tracking number saying it was shipped. The order number is #*****. I have sent emails everyday with no response. I would like my money back. They have ignored all my emails and I told them I would return the items but I am not waiting a month to receive a refund. I have not received the items yet. This store is very suspicious as is the prices and no customer service available.
