Worse place u could go to buy a phone. I bought a phone and after probably 5 or 6 months had trouble with it. They get the phones from *****. I took it back could or would not exchange for the same phone. The guy on Peoria, *** from ****. *** told me he was from ****, which i don't care, i just wanted the same phone. Well to make a long story short i left him my phone to see if he could fix and left my **** card in which u never want to do. He give all the scammers he knows my **** card number so they could hack me and boy they did. He told me when i bought the phone it was on sale for $300. I was in hurry and bought glass cover as well as a phone case and was way over charged. I noticed after i took phone back he changed to price of phone to $300 after he charged me $400. Just please don't go there. I am retired and everything that went wrong did go wrong. I ended up with a scratched up xr iphone. That was ok but the scammers already had excess to my phone. Really sad that people can do a person like this. The phone turned out to be a piece of c*** but because i took it back he was upset...'REALLY'. Just really sad. Long story short was able to change all my emails new password find out where and who was hacking me for about 10 months or so. I went to Apple store bought me a new phone and oh my gosh i am so happy. NEVER AGAIN WIRELESS WORLD. I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANY OF YOUR STORES AGAIN!!!Review from Stephanie O

If I could leave NO stars I would. DONT FALL FOR IT! I was initially satisfied with this service. I had a NetGear hotspot with an **** sim that provided internet to my Roku, MacBook, and iPhone simultaneously. After several months I was forced to switch to the BeamX71 wireless router because **** was cancelling service to individuals that didnt have this approved device oh but you get it at a discount of $135. I thought this sounded fishy but I was guaranteed that this device would supply similar, if not better service. This device arrived with NO instructions for installation, nor was there a number I could reach anyone from customer service. And since I didnt have internet, I could not search for instructions. Finally was able to get it installed and working. For a few weeks, maybe a few months it worked fine. Then I started completely losing service every time my card was charged for 1-3 days. Any time I would seek help from customer service they would send me a new SIM card. The service would resume at mediocre speeds. But I kept being ok with it since I had some sort of service and there wasnt another option in my area besides satellite. It progressively got worse and worse and I started using my cell phone as a hotspot instead of the service I pay $90/mo for. I ran a speed test and I was getting 3mb download speed. That is completely ridiculous. The last straw was when I reached out for help from **************** and instead of being offered some sort of guidance or resolution, I was Pitched the new service plan for significantly more than I currently Pay. Tell me why the heck I would agree to pay more for a service that I have been so unhappy with and received no help in fixing any issues. No thanks. Wish I would have cancelled a long time ago! I've been out of service for about 2 weeks as of this writing. After emailing One Wireless World/Impact Wireless, I was given no reason for the outtage and was sent a new SIM which does not work. I was initially able to get a hold of someone about the problem however now I cannot talk to a live representative since they are not taking calls. I have several emails and a chat inquiry that that have gone completely unanswered within the past several days. It would seem that when these types of issues arise, they handle it in part by hiding from the customer. This is absolutely unacceptable! Furthermore, they have not taken the initiative, nor would it seem they have a procedure in place, to proactively contact affected customers (at least myself) with any pertinent info on the status of the situation. Based on my experience and apparently that of others, it's a roll of the dice with this company.Review from Danielle A

Terrible system. Anytime a SIM card is bad (which happened to me twice in 2.5 months), they blame the carrier (sure) and take a week+ to restore internet connection, if ever. The replacement card they sent isn't activated after 48 hours (customer service always says to "wait and see" for ***** hours) -- why mail a SIM card that isn't activated?? Meanwhile, your CC is automatically charged with NO WAY to stop payment. Since cancellation must go through their customer service, I had no control to stop the auto-pay before being charged for a service they're not providing. The policy is to not refund, but instead to push back your next charge date or if you cancel, the policy is to not refund your final payment. Just stay away from this mess.Review from Sarah M

They get one star because I cannot give them less. Stay away from these shysters! You will encounter problems, and when you do, you will get no help from them whatsoever! My most recent experience was I had no service, and received a notice that my SIM card had been accidentally deactivated by AT&T. They wanted me to send them my current mailing address so they could mail me a new one. I did so immediately, but never heard from them. So I contacted their "sales" partner (***************) which appeared to be acting as a liaison. But that was another sham. Onewirelessworld even denied that I had ever contacted them. Both these companies are terrible! Stay away! Especially since you can get a better deal elsewhere.Review from Will O

If I could give half a star, or perhaps a thumbs down, I would. Over the last 8 months OWW has been having trouble. We have had 7 new sim cards, 3 times without service 20 days, 15 days, and currently have been without service for over 20 days. Customer Service ages are good about getting back to us, very poor communication concerning the problem and poor on solutions. No proactive solutions. After waiting over two weeks this past friday with no communication at all, silence, for a week, we have cancelled our account and are heading to **** **** ********. We have found that finding consistent rural hotspot providers are few and far between - hoping and praying **** **** is our last stop.Review from Sean H

Worked for several months without a hitch, then I was told I needed to switch modems to a Beam X71 sold by them. I did so promptly on April 16 2021. Today is June 22, 2021 and I have had A good internet connection since switching For maybe 72 hours total. I have been issued 4 SIM cards, with the same results. One wireless world keeps passing the buck to ATT issues.... my regular ATT cell phone works fine? So thats $135 for a modem and two months of $99 Plan payments for a wasted total of $335. Don’t waste your time or money with this terrible company. Soon enough they will be out of business for poor customer service and frankly running a scam.
