One star is too high a rating for this unethical company. Fortunately I got a second and third opinion so I am lucky to have no "buyer's remorse."This company preyed on me as a widow. They treated my plumbing leak as an emergency situation that only could be fixed by a complete re-pipe at $20,000. They referred to another elderly couple they'd quickly helped with the same problem and their suggested re-pipe solution.I learned from the second and third (non-big-box) plumbers' opinions that Access missed - or, in my opinion, deliberately omitted - several diagnostic steps and possible solutions to the leak.I hired the third plumber who completely fixed the issue in an hour for $750. Maybe my house will need to be re-piped someday, but I'll absolutely NEVER hire nor recommend this unscrupulous company.I almost was a victim. I will forever get second opinions and take as much time as I need for research and decision-making in an emergency of this kind.Access Heating & Air Conditioning Inc Response

We recently made the mistake of hiring Access Heating and Air to replace a tired furnace and air conditioning unit. The salesman gave us the song and dance about how ALL the paperwork would be completed and sent to ** so that we could easily submit the rebates for the utility companies. The installation occurred on March 1st and after a couple weeks, I made a call to check on the necessary forms and paperwork and was told that they do not such a thing. After multiple calls, the process was finally complete 4 weeks after the install. Remember, we were told this would be no problem and the salesman even told us that he would personally see it through. But wait theres more.3 months go by and I get a response from a utility company saying the requested rebate was being held up pending a final inspection from the city. I immediately made a phone call to the city and discovered that the permit was requested 6 weeks AFTER the install and Access never bothered to tell the city that the work had been completed. The only way we knew about this issue was from the utility rebate program.I would definitely NOT recommend Access Heating and Air.Review from Mike V

******* from Access Heating and Air responded to my residence for my yearly AC maintenance. I was extremely impressed with ******** attention to detail and the time he spent on site to conduct a thorough technical examination, which lasted well over an hour. His knowledge and expertise was beyond impressive. He took the time to explain everything in lay terms (with pics) with regards to the status of my HVAC system. There was no pressure to conduct the work that my system required. I highly recommend Access Heating and Air, and more importantly, would recommend ******* as your tech. ******* was on-time, friendly, professional, and thorough. He explained everything he found and offered estimates for various repair options. The service call was for an A/C tuneup, which he completed quickly and also found some issues with the furnace that he gave us multiple estimates on. Great service, great tech.Review from Alex J

****** and ******* were very friendly, efficient, and professional. ****** came out to do a routine furnace tune up and while he was there, he looked at our water heater too. I had several pipes that were corroded. They were able to send ******* out first thing the next morning to get it all fixed. I was very impressed and will be using them for all our heating and ac concerns
