1 star Nothing but liars!!!! (Allstate insurance company is just as complicit.) I am supposed to be buying a house that **** Davis was contacted to do repairs on. I cant close until they finish their work. I will have been out of a home for 6 weeks and it will probably be longer. They told me the flooring sample that I picked would be take 4 days to get in. Its been 9 business days!! They then told us it was because of the weather which no weather related incidents have been reported in any state within 4 days drive. A wonky excuse!!! The they wont talk to my realtor or the realtor/agent for the sellers shady practices Paul Davis restoration company !!!!! WARNING : DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT USE THEM!!!

*************** back to the BBB on complaint ID ********. I would like to give an update on this. ***************** who left us this review was NOT even our customer. We were contracted with the seller of this home who was extremely happy with us. We have spoken with the REAL CUSTOMER and he was so happy he will be leaving us a 5 star review. This job was completed in just over a month time. Average jobs like this take 2/3 months because when there is water damage in a home and the homeowner files a insurance claim, that really slows the process. The face that we did this job in just over a month is actually amazing turn around time in our industry. Again, this ***************** WAS NOT out customer and we did not even communicate with her. Once I get the the response of the real customer I will provide that to your team to show that this job was actually a huge success. *** was just frustrated that the home she was buying got water damage in the middle of closing and is taking it our on us which is not fair!! I will ask that after I provide my proof that our customer was happy, that this review be removed from BBB please.
