      Butte Fence is in the process of replacing our fence due to a warranty issue. There was zero prior community about when they would be working on the fence. The only notice we received was the day they showed up to start removing the old fence. Thankfully my in-laws were in town visiting so someone was home to contain my dog. The second time they came to work on the fence, 2 1/2 weeks later, they didnt even knock to let us know they were, so we could contain our dog. Now its been nearly three weeks and we still have one gate leaning against opening and have 1/3 of the fence yet to be replaced. Being without secure gates is a huge safety and security issue. I have tried to contact them on a few occasions and they have not replied.

      Unprofessional, belittling and refused to pay promises refund.HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SHODDY WORK!!!! I would give negative numbers if I could. They charged a RIDICULOUS amount and never showed on several dates that they were supposed to start the fence.my daughter in law had to call to see what was going on. Then when they did show up it was subcontractors. They came very late in the day and the woman was complaining and cursing outside. They barely did anything.Next day they come back and put the posts in. They weren't flush and the poles were not straight. No way they could have attached the vinyl fencing to that. They were also planning on leaving a HUGE gap that my dog could through between the house and the post for the gate.My daughter in law tried to talk to *** and he threatened her with terminating the contract if she didn't stop complaining. The subcontractors had already threatened to leave because we wanted everything straightened out and the gate post closer to the house.My daughter in law called the office to talk to someone about what was going on and the secretary there out her on speaker phone for everyone, including the subcontractors to hear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They didn't like the truth being told about their shoddy work and quit. So they blamed my daughter in law.At this point my daughter in law is freaking out because we have NO fence and 3 dogs and she just wants the fence up. This caused a HUGE amount of anxiety for her and she actually had to take some high anxiety meds they had her so upset.I finally called the **************** At first the *************** was helpful, however the sales manager that called me back was rude and kept interrupting me. We finally settled on a refund amount and then they wanted to change the amount. In the end the $1000.00 refund was never given.They started being rude, like *** was and honestly after all the phone calls and belittling I talked to them the way they had been speaking to us.The refused any money to be returned because I hurt the sales manager's feelings. Ridiculous that he is the one crying about his feelings after all they put us through. So because I hurt his pride and feelings my kids did not get their refund. This manager needs to stop acting so soft and start learning customer service.They did finally send out their own contractors who had pull ALL the posts and start over.This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. They are bullies to woman and liars. I would NEVER recommend them. They also don't keep their word.For the record I was told the balance was paid in full and they would refund the 1k, then later was told it was not fully paid. I am the mother in law and had to deal with them because they were so unprofessional and rude to my daughter in law she couldn't handle talking to them. They had her in tears and she doesn't cry.Worst company worst customer service.
