Run don't walk. There is something evil at work with this bank. They need to be investigated by the ************************** We have three checking accounts with Mountain West. Last night I checked my online account and it showed I had an available balance, which going off my own calculations was actually right for once. Online is NEVER correct so if you are someone who relies on that for accurate balance this cannot be relied on. This morning I checked the same account, and it was in the negative. How can that be??? The problems are as my son states EVERYDAY, "mom the online is never correct." I haven't been able to figure out exactly how they are skimming money but this being in the negative online is a reoccurring theme in an effort to charge you an overdraft fee. Today I'm trying to figure out where the hundred and twelve dollars I deposited last night went and how I came to be in the negative this morning. This is an ongoing problem. My checking account was hacked a couple of months ago and the hacker took the money out of my checking. Mountain ********* couldn't explain how. We should have closed our accounts then but being complacent and having banked there for so many years, we went through the inconvenience of opening new accounts. I am so so regretting that decision. We aren't wealthy so these missing funds and the online account NEVER being right is an added stress to our lives. I need to present this to the ************************* in the hopes they investigate the activities of Mountain *********.

Our **************** Manager attempted to contact ****************** by both phone and email. The phone number we have on file was not accepting calls and no response was received from the email that was sent. We encourage ****************** to visit with the Branch Manager or **************** Manager at our 16th & State ********* for further assistance.
