I have 2 automatic payments debited from my account monthly. One is a home equity line of credit that is to be debited the 15th of each month and an auto loan to be debited the 12th of each month. Ireland Bank does not debit either one of these payments on the scheduled dates and I have incurred extra interest fees that should be going to the principal. I have called several times and the only statement I get is "Our new system update isn't working correctly" yet it has been going on for 5 months now. I pay an extra 5 dollars a day in interest for each day after the 15th that they don't deduct my payment. This is an automated payment that should be deducted on the correct date not before or after the scheduled date (with the exception of a payment date falling on a weekend or Holiday). Last month Ireland Bank randomly debited my account early (in the middle of the week) for my home equity payment. These payments are automated and need to be debited on the correct dates.Business response

To Whom it May Concern:
This is in response to your letter dated September 17, 2021, regarding the
above referenced ID ********.
We have researched the accounts referenced in the complaint and identified a
problem that could have caused the payment date to have varied up to a
couple of days on either side of the actual payment due date. The issue has
been corrected and future loan payments should be posting correctly. The
customer has been credited for extra interest charged because of any delay in
past payment posting.
