            Pattern of Complaint

            BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints.  On March 11, 2015, BBB contacted Origin of Names concerning claims from consumers stating they had difficulty communicating with the company regarding the status and significant delay of their orders.  The business responded to say the pattern BBB is seeing is mainly from the customers who placed orders during the holiday season. During the holiday season we receive hundreds of emails a day and we answer them in the order which they are received. As for the status of their orders every customer is sent an automatic email after checkout that includes a link where they can check on the status of their order at any time. As for the products advertised time we do our best to get the orders out in a timely manner, but as we sell custom products of which many require extensive research it can take longer than estimated. Especially during the holiday season where we see an increase of 15 times the normal amount of orders we receive and this does add additional time to our production schedule. We are working to increase the amount of hours are customer service representative is available and we will overview our estimated product arrival times and make any necessary adjustments.
