Plumbers inc is under warranty contract with our builder copper creek homes. They have been to our home to fix many plumbing issues several times caused by there employee Rick. As you seen faucet issues and now our floor is leaking as well from the master bathroom toilet. Contacted owner and he began to threaten us and get extremely hostile with us once again after telling him we did not want Rick out here. We want damages paid for that the leaking has now caused and loss of time and work as well.Business response

To whom it may concern,
I am writing in response to the complaint from Mr. ***** ************. To our knowledge, Mr ************ isn't even the homeowner of said address. To clarify the background of this story, The Plumber Inc has been called out to this house for new build warranty items a couple of times within the last year. Each time we have been called out he has requested that certain employees not come to his house to do the work because he doesn't believe they are competent enough. All of our employees are licensed and qualified under The State of Idaho, Division of Building Safety and we feel completely confident in sending them out on any job, if needed.
In my communications with *****, in April, the conversation became heated because he had invited me over to his house to get physically violent over this issue at hand. The Plumber Inc does not stand for violence, nor will we subject any of our employees to homeowners that behave in this manner. As far as his complaint goes and requesting a refund for damages, The builder had sent out another plumber to take care of the issue because he refused our employees. In talking with the plumber that fixed the issue, there were no damages noted.
In our 30 years of business we haven't had a single complaint with the BBB and find this complaint very unacceptable and do not agree with it at all.Michael
