If you like paying full retail and getting way below book for your trade, this is the place for you. I was working with a good salesman. He was friendly, respectful, knew a lot about different models. But when it came time for number crunching, I saved $11,000 by going to a smaller dealer. The retail price was less, my trade was worth more at the smaller dealership less than 20 miles away. Lithia looks great on the outside, but after all the glitz and glamour, they are too greedy for meReview from Jack W

I have been a long time customer of the ******************** **** body shop, formerly Broadway Ford. Ive taken vehicles to them for various work since 2008 and recommended them to others several times.In 2016 I took my 2011 F150 in for repair from being rear ended. They replaced the left bed side and rear bumper. I now have rust in the wheel well area. The manager said they have a lifetime warranty in paint and workmanship but my problem is from normal wear and tear. Ive only put around ****** miles on it since the repair, mostly locally. I took it to other body shops and was told that they probably didnt apply corrosion protection.Based on my experience, I dont feel that the Lithia **** body shop does top quality work and they dont stand behind their work.Review from Trena R

If I had another option to purchase a new **** locally I would not be using this dealership. They mislead, misrepresent, and flat out lie to customers and take zero responsibility or ownership. I literally have to record my interactions with them so I have proof of the information they give me for later interactions. They are the the reason people do not like dealing with car salesmen. They demonstrate every negative quality I have every heard.
