I purchased a ***** Robot Mower from this business. The mower came with an agreement that they dealer would install the mower. This agreement was entered into in late 2020. It is currently May of 2021. The mower has been in their possession the whole time. I requested to cancel the agreement because i no longer feel it will meet my needs and I was forced to move to WA. The mower was never delivered to me and was never installed. They apparently started the warranty last year knowing it would be sitting in their wear-house until at-least spring of 2021. When I requested the cancel I was told that it is used and nonrefundable. I have never has possession of the product and they have not completed their end of the purchase agreement (delivery and install) this means the purchase was never complete. They had no right to register the warranty until it was installed. I have lost over 6 months of warranty and I am out thousands of dollars. I want a full refund.Business response

Dear ***,
We are sorry for your negative experience, but unfortunately we still cannot return your mower. ***** allows 30 days for returns, but we are past that point. The mower was purchased during the winter when an install was unable to be preformed so I understand some of your frustrations because it sounds like you have moved to WA. Since the day you purchased the mower, we have held it ready for you to pickup but that has never happened. We are willing to ship it to WA free of charge, just send us an address.
