I am the manager of the ************************. On 12.15.2022, I received a call from a tenant stating that her lines were not draining. I told her that I would contact the **************** we use and have them check the main line. The tenant insisted that I use The Rooter Guys, she knew them, and they were good. I contacted The Rooter Guys who scheduled an appointment for 12.16.2022. I received a phone call from Technician **** around 10am, who stated that the problem was on the tenant's side, that the pipes under the tenant's home was not properly put in. Then I received another call from **** around 11:30 stating that the issue was on our side and that we would need to dig up the line and replace the pipe. I informed **** that we had already replaced that line a few years back and that I was going to contact the **************** we use because he had told me two different things regarding what was the issue. I contacted Mr. *********************** who sent out technician **** around 1pm, who informed me that upon arrival found no evidence of any backups. Additionally, technician was able to flush large quantities of water in unit with no backups. Outside cleanout isnt functional anymore not because pipe is broken but because we did a burst several years back and the burst went through this cleanout. The mainline pipe has been draining normally since then. Outside cleanout is no longer functional as a result of this burst process. Gave customer option to pull toilet and investigate drain line however since there is no evidence to suggest this is necessary did not perform this service at this time. The Rooter ***'s technician **** returned to my office around 3pm to submit a bill to me for $520.00. For pulling the toilet in the tenant's house and running a cable 25'. Enclosed are the invoices from both Plumbing companies, with their notes included.Business response

I would like to add that The Rooter Guys did not provide me with an initial price quote or have me sign authorization for the work. As stated they should have, under the service authorization section of their invoice.Thank you,
