I ordered **** products from the site, and they immediately withdrew the money from my account. After two days, I emailed ********************************** for a shipping tracking number. An AI-generated response was emailed, followed by another asking how I would rate the given *********** This company is a complete SCAM. They should not be able to rob people with noteworthy marketing, and sophisticated systems. I HATE I EVER CONSIDERED AND PURCHASED! I WANT A REFUND!Initial Complaint

I purchased a product from the company on January 29, 2024. I received a tracking notification that indicated a status update would be given when the product was received but there was no action or an update for weeks so I reached out to the company via social media. Gleamin said the product was lost in the mail and asked if I wanted a refund. I said I wanted the product. Per their request, I sent them my address which they should have had since according to them the product wad sent for delivery. My package was delivered with only 1 item which is the balance serum that was all that was in the box I did not receive the clay **** or daily moisturizer that I paid for. I should have received 3 items but only received 1. This is very inconvenient and upsetting because *** spent my money but didnt get all that I paid for. On February 9, 2024, I purchased the Gleamin Mask with the complimentary toner (order number - GL698121) from their website. On February 10, 2024, I received an email that the item had been shipped by *** (tracking number - ******************************) and delivered by **** (tracking number - **********************). As of today, the order has been at the *** site located in ************, ** since February 13, 2024. I have contacted *** and they have advised me to contact Gleamin directly. I have emailed Gleamin and completed the Contact Online Form on the Gleamin website a total of 3 times with no reply. I am requesting either the order be sent again or a full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 orders of buy 1 and get 1 free. Which means I should receive 4 **** masks, however I only received received 2**** masks. I wrote 5 emails to you explaining in details. And left a review explaining this situation. This is 9th attempt for a resolution and you refuse to accept and acknowledge your wrongdoing. Either send me my other 2 **** masks or give me my money for half of my order. I only asking for what I didn't received or the value of currency of what I ordered and didn't received. On 2/17/2024 I filed complaint against Gleamin with the Better Business BBureau. I'm pleased to announce I was able to come to amicable agreement. Gleamin realized the mistake, apologized and sent me the rest of my my order. I'm satisfied with my the company decision and the ability "to make it right".

This business runs a scam. A few months ago I began receiving emails from them, even though I had never been to their website or bought their products. I have tried multiple times to unsubscribe from their spam, but they ignore my request. I have emailed them using their contact information about stopping emails but that does not work either. I purchased the Gentle Jelly Face Cleaner on July 25th for $20.22 as they said that it was back in stock. I received my delivery on Sunday July 31. There was nothing in the package, just the package slip of what i ordered and what should have been in the package but was not. I sent an email on Monday July 31 and Tuesday July 1 and still have not recieved a reply back from anyone. Including a pic of the envelope recieved. Even the post office is saying X/0 which means there is nothing inside of the envelope. None of the phone numbers online work. I just want my product and if they are out of stock again, then refund my money. I def will not be purchasing from them again. To difficult to resolve issues.Customer Answer

Gleamin was having a summer BOGO sale 4th of July weekend. I placed my order on July 5th, 2023 for the restore and protect face oil. I received my order on July 12th and when I opened the packaging, there were 2 ************** masks inside instead of the 2 restore and protect face oils. I looked at the packaging slip and it clearly stated I ordered the face oil and not the **** ***** This isnt the first time this has happened, I had a subscription for their jelly face wash that was out of stock and they sent the ******************* instead, but I let it go. This time around I tried to contact them via their email, but no one responded. So I tried again leaving them a lengthy email. I even tried to call them on the phone number I found online under their business, but it was disconnected and there is no other way to get ahold of them, unless I write them a letter and send it to their corporate office. All I want is my 2 face oils that I ordered and Ill gladly give them back the 2 face masks, because I have several unopened jars I purchased before. So I do not need to add 2 more **** masks to my pile.Customer Answer

Product damage upon delivery! Have tried to contact the company via their website 4 different time. Sent a message to their ******** business page with no response. wanted a replacement but at this one just want a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous!
