I was totally impressed with the professionalism displayed by the whole team from the initial contact through the actual installation of my new air conditioning system. I couldnt be more impressed by the entire process. Great job thank you !

We have dealt with professionalism every step of the way, from inspection of our old unit, deciding to replace it, dealing with the sales **** and now lastly the installation of the new system.It was truly effortless on our part and we truly appreciate the great service.Chase and *** did a wonderful job with the install. They were very conscientious right up to sweeping up after themselves once done. They showed obvious concern for our well being and satisfaction. Super job !Thank you! Weve had a great experience with Trademark Mechanical. It started with the estimater, next our installers and yesterday the technician that cleaned our furnace and also noted a leak in one of the pipes. He contacted an employee from the office who came to repair the leak. What a great team, Excellent work! We would definitely do business with Trademark Mechanical again. All of the service men including our salesman did an excellent job. They all were very helpful, answering our question and concerns, as well as being very personable. ****** was super, very likeable and comfortable to talk to and informative. We thank *********************** for being very helpful and thorough in explaining the work being accomplished. *************************** was hard at work too, but very light hearted and made there time at our home fun. The electricians, ****** and an older man that had some Army stories, were great. ****** figured out the best way to lay in the electrical showing great concern, not only for practical purposes, but also for the aesthetics, which we very much appreciated. Complete professionalism from the employee answering the phone the estimator that came to my house and the technicians that preformed the work. All were on time looked professional were very polite went right to work finished on time cleaned up everything like they had never been there. They were a pleasure to do business with. ***** was on time and performed maintenance on both my furnace and hot water tank. Then he turned my fireplace back on. After that we went to my daughter's house and he performed maintenance on both her furnace and hot water tank.Legacy Heating & Cooling Response
