I screwed up and reverse connected a jump starter on my F150. I couldn't find any shops with openings to fix my s**** up for about 3 weeks. I called Lamp Unto the Streets. **** cleared a spot in his schedule & came to my house that afternoon.His software kept me informed that he was on the way and when I could expect him. Right on the dot he arrived.He quickly diagnosed my issue - a burned up ***. His scan tool and the *** would not communicate. He provided me with alternatives for a replacement part. I ordered the part and installed it myself then called **** and he came right away and diagnosed (for no charge) that replacing the *** now talked with the scan tool. Unfortunately, I had not gotten my keys synced with the replacement *** and **** specific tools were needed to complete that. **** did not yet have that capability but, got me pointed in the right direction. Meanwhile, I asked him to remove my alternator so we could check it and change out the serpentine belt. He did, the alternator got toasted when the *** got fried. I got a new alternator and **** installed it.With ****** help, I got the truck into a shop that could complete the programming.Since, he has checked back a few times just to assure things are working OK.I really enjoyed getting to know **** and working with him to diagnose and resolve my problem. Fair price for service performed. Pleasant and professional service. I would definitely call ****, A Lamp Unto the Streets again.A Lamp Unto the Streets Auto Repair LLC Response

This is the best mechanic I have ever come across. He is honest and his goal is to get you up and running,I have recommended him to multiple people and he received nothing but praise. You would be wise and lucky to have him work on your vehicle!!!A Lamp Unto the Streets Auto Repair LLC Response
