HH goes thru more doctors and mental health guru want to be super hero's. One doc feeds me to much lithium then leaves. The next doc feeds me to little and drives my bipolar over the edge. If your on SSDI they will hold there ideas over your head. They have a ego for sure. First thing they ask is for money. Lots of the employees smoke weed. The games they play are way harsh. I've been with HH because of SSDI requirements. They like to send there care team to your house to make up there ideas on how one lives there life.The rookies like to say they know better then the last guy and push up there points.HH is like One flew over the cuckoo's nest when it comes to the mental health program.Nurse Ratchet is alive and well at HH. I fear for my life from this nasty place. Save yourself and stay away.

Heritage Health has made me feel less than human for the last time. First, they loaded me up with so many meds (that weren't working). Then, they just kept adding to them- I don't think it's healthy to be on 8 medications all at once, while still not improving! It will take me many months to try to undo the damage Heritage Health has done to me by prescribing me so many medications. I will have to wean off of them one by one. To make it worse, when I complained to them about my doctor and asked to see a different one, they went to the doctor I had complained about for permission to see if I could switch. I felt like I couldn't tell them all of my issues with the doctor, and felt intimidated by the way they were talking to me. They know they are dealing with people with mental health issues, but they lack empathy and compassion when it comes to dealing with real people. I told them that they left me feeling humiliated, demeaned, and embarrassed and that I wouldn't be going there anymore. The secretary didn't apologize for how I had been treated and didn't sound like she cared. If they cared about our mental health they would try to make things like this right, instead of treating us like scum. I pay too much money to be treated like this. I think they should be investigated to see how many people they are over-medicating and putting at risk. I realized they were also not ordering me the lab tests I should have been getting on these heavy medications, and they weren't checking my heart to see if it was ok. They weren't checking my blood either. What were they doing? Prescribing more useless combinations of pills, and getting paid a pretty ***** to do so while we all stay sick.

Unprofessional, rude, & egotistical is the best way to describe the staff of heritage. They cant seem to make the separation between a medical opinion and their own opinion. And they seem to literally malfunction if you have more than exactly 1 thing wrong when you go for an appointment. Not to mention the receptionist are some of the rudest women i have ever talked to. Do they not realize they work in a place where theyre supposed to help people? I have decided to just stop getting treatment and never go to ANY heritage health ever again. I wish I could get refunds for every appointment, I never once actually got help or better. None of the doctors there are actually trained in mental health (at least thats what it seems like), and will only make problems worse. One of the psychiatrists gave me a med combo that ended up giving me heart palpitations so i had to stop taking them, and all it took was one ****** search to see thats what was causing it, but a doctor that i was paying couldnt figure that out. And it was quite frequently that i would have to look up the combinations for my meds cause they wouldnt and Id have to go back and change it once I took the time to look it up. Theyre not being helpers. I could have taken all the money i spent there over the years and just gone to inpatient treatment once, and been better, but no they want to **** every patient dry, emotionally and financially. I do not trust any of the doctors or medical staff at heritage. I fully believe a majority of my diagnosis are wrong. And this has been happening to me not only at the cda office, but also **********, ***************** offices. This company is corrupt.

Absolute worst customer service. Never answer phones, dont return calls, send you in many circles just to be denied any services. Very rude and unprofessional.
