I found an awesome deal on a 2012 Chrysler 300 at a Used Car Dealer in *****, **. After ********************** ran my Credit 4 times I was approved for a loan through a ***************** called CIG. CIG is based out of ****** **********. According to the letter I was shown via text message by the alleged owner of Wholesale Auto Dealers, the contract between the Dealership and the ***************** had become Void. A breach in Contract, due to Wholesale Auto Dealers not sending the title, of the Vehicle I had Purchased in October 2021, to CIG. The letter was dated and sent to Wholesale Auto Dealers in December 2021, after I had already started making payments to CIG. After making a 6th payment in April 2022, Wholesale Auto Dealers paid off my remaining balance with CIG and then contacted me over text message with a picture of the letter, from CIG mailed to them back in December 2021, showing a payoff of the original amount plus an additional $200 admin fee. Wholesale Auto Dealers Claimed they paid the entire amount that I Originally started paying on 6 months prior. Wholesale Auto Dealers demanded I sign a new contract with them not reflecting the 6 month worth of payments to CIG, or they would take repossession of My 2012 Chrysler 300. I was out of state during the time I received notice about all this and unable to get any help. Two days after returning from Vacation My car was repo by Wholesale Auto Dealers and is now Currently back on the lot, For Sale. Priced for $2,000 more than what they sold it to me for back in October, 2021. I made $1950 worth of Payments to CIG, $900 in Cash to Wholesale Auto Dealers as a Down Payment, Paid $250 in ***** Title and Registration Fees, and paid for 8 months of *********************** through State Farm. Money I will never see again and payments that went towards NOTHING. Not to mention the Countless amounts of Personal Info including Government Documents, Banking Information via Mail, and Electronic devices inside the car.

*********************** purchased a vehicle from our dealership ****** was approved to be funded through CIG. At the time of purchase ****** stated lived in ******. Once  the deal was funded by CIG we sent all title work to ******. ****** failed to complete his registration process and get a vin verification in the ***************. This caused a delay in ****** processing the title for the Lienholder CIG.  ****** then moved back to ***** and still did not complete his registration process in ********* in ***** and failed to notify the lienholder or ** at the dealership. Due to ****** not completing his portion of the registration process, CIG the lienholder did not receive the title in the time allowed. This then caused CIG  to take away funding the deal.  We reached out to ****** numerous times, via email, text and phone calls. We explained to ****** if he did not come in and resign paperwork to have the deal refunded then we have no other choice but to repo the vehicle. After the vehicle was repossessed we spoke to ****** and told him he could obtain his personal belongings at the repossession company.
