scam agency they charge you classes btw also they dont pay c*** they low ball you pay and you dont get alot of work and they want you to be exclusive so you cant work with any other agency they actually blocked me when i called then out on discriminating me based on my sexuality and me being trans gender they automatically looked at me like i was disgusting the funny thing is when i wasnt known on instagram now i have over ******* followers on instagram and been booked gigs from better bigger agencys do not waste your time on this ignorant scam agency that discriminates on the lgbtq look up SAG AFTRA franchise agencys if they are a real agency itll show if you ****** search SAG AFTRA franchise agencys urban is a joke a fraud and they discriminate on trans people like myself out of my ******* followers ive had many leave urban talent its not a real agency also i made many businesses and agencies thrive and talents ive gave them more knowledge then this c*** agency has so my advice to everyone RUN its a scam!

Im not one to jump to harsh words about a small business trying to make it in this world. I always give the benefit of the doubt. But this company urban talent is the absolute worst. They scam people who are also in need. They fully wasted my time. And nearly my money that I need to feed my family. I was on Instagram one day and I had multiple comments asking me to check my message requests. I did and some imposter agent requested to meet me for promised work as a model. I have in writing and also over a phone call I was assured I would never be asked to pay anything. Not even a dime. So I decided why not go for the interview and see if I can expand my work connections. When I got there I was immediately surprised of the attitude I was greeted with. The man talking to me told me he was upset because he didnt like that the female agent said I wouldnt have to pay. He said we (any new model) must pay. Its policy. I told him I already get paid to model so you can expand your income by taking me on for free. Or not make a ***** more because you want me to pay. He ended up eventually asking me to leave. Because he was bothered I wasnt going to give them $2,000. I do feel I should be compensated for my time there because I was blatantly lied to and I missed work for that non sense interview. Lastly Id like to add over the months sense my visit Ive found out that they have prayed on young women who have hopes of becoming a model and instead of supporting their dreams they steal from them and hurt their confidence.
