          On February 24, 2020, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding poor workmanship, repairs not being made which were caused during construction, and paying for services that are never performed.
          On February 24, 2020, BBB visited the business to speak with the owner or a manager. The office location was locked and empty, however a phone number posted on the door directed consumers to call for service. BBB called the telephone number provided, but the mailbox was full and no longer accepting messages.  On February 24, 2020, BBB notified the company of the complaint pattern, to date, the company has not responded to BBB's request to address the pattern.
          BBB contacted Paradigm Roofing, LLC requesting the company modify its advertisement. Specifically, the company is displaying BBB's seal on its website, www.viome.com/. Use of BBB's seal may imply BBB Accreditation, although this company is not currently a BBB Accredited Business.

          BBB's name and seals are federally registered trademarks owned by the Council of Better Business Bureaus and may not be used without CBBB's express permission.  

          Despite written requests, as of March 5, 2020, Paradigm Roofing, LLC continues to display BBB's seal. BBB has not received the company's written assurance it will refrain from using BBB's seal in an unauthorized manner.
