Just as all these other complaints listed. I was contacted about advertising for local school. I stated I might be interested but that was as far as I got. No verification of what they were going to do for me. Several months later a bill for $1200. Now in collections. I never authorized this nor did I approve anything since I never got to review any advertised material. They are a scam. I contacted rep about this there answer was since I did not communicate it is assumed it is approved that's company policy!!

Mr. ****** I have researched your account in our system notes, and I am having a hard time understanding where our miscommunication occurred. Our sales process involves a sales person, a quality assurance verification (by a second person) and a customer-supplied security code, which all show as completed on your account. Those steps represent a completed sales agreement on our end. Due to the volume of businesses supporting high schools that we represent, we send out proof emails with language clearly stating that we will move forward with ads unless we hear back with changes. This is the only way we are able to meet school-dictated deadlines. I also see several emails where you indicated intention to pay the outstanding bill. Apparently, that intention has changed. I am clearing your account in our system, mostly so that we do not have to have any further dealings with you. I strongly object to the way you have communicated with several members of our team, who are only trying to complete their jobs as required. Your vulgar and abusive language are in opposition to everything we stand for and the way we conduct our business. Please accept our best wishes moving forward and rest assured you will not be contacted by us to support your local high school in the future.

***************************** called my husband on December 15, 2023. She asked if he would like to purchase an ad to support the **** program at **************************. He said we would be interested, but felt it might not be legit. ******* then said he could contact D%^&* B%^&*, and he would know all about her. Then she said she would transfer him to another rep to get his info. My husband hung up. Then my husband, emailed DB. DB immediately called my husband, and said he wasn't setting anything up, and didn't know *******. On 12.18.23, my husband received an email from them, acting like he was interested in sponsoring an ad, it went to our spam box. I reached out to ***** Elm to ask if they knew the company or received t-shirts. On March 6, 2024, I found an invoice in his spam box. I also received an invoice in the mail. yesterday, I called to cancel and they agreed to cancel.

******* - I see from our internal communication system that you have spoken with our customer service team twice this week. Per their request, the account has already been resolved and was marked as a zero balance as of this morning when I looked into this matter for you. I apologize for the confusion over both the sales process and our legitimate connection with the school. I am sure this has been very inconvenient and frustrating for you and your business. Please accept our best wishes moving forward.

I received a call from a lady asking if my company was interested in sponsoring a *********** team near the area. The deal was to have my companies logo in the Basketball team. I thought is was a great idea so I said yes. The lady said that she was going to email me some info so I can review it signed it and send my companies Logo to them. End of story a never send my Logo or never signed any document, they send few weeks later an invoice and later then the shirt with a Logo thats not my companies Logo. Now they are asking for a payment and they claim that a said ************ without me being ably to sign or review whatever they were going to display in the shirt.Very unethical the way they proceeded to do things. I refuse to send a check without any approved signature from me and the other owner.

I want to apologize for any confusion between our companies. We do consider verbal consent over the phone to be agreeing to our services, and we typically have a second party come on the line to verify the details of the agreement to avoid confusion. I am very sorry that this was not made clear to you during the process. I do see that we sent you several emails regarding our services, both to confirm your order and to communicate about your art proof, dated 10/9 and 10/26, before we moved forward with the basic ad we built. Unfortunately, due to deadlines imposed by the schools we serve, we cannot always wait for approval from every supporter and must move forward on the dates indicated in every email communication we send. I can see how there was miscommunication between us if you never received our emails or the follow-up call we placed on 10/26. Without these communication pieces reaching you, I understand how it would seem we worked on our own without consulting you and did not get your ad the way you wanted it. Unfortunately, we cannot retract this project, but we can write off the value of your support. Per your request, we have adjusted your outstanding invoice balance to zero and you will stop receiving communications from us about this project. Thank you for being willing to support ************************** and we wish you all the best in the future.

I got a random phone call asking if my business would be interested in a. fundraiser and i said that they could email with more information and I never emailed back or talked to anyone since that since I wasnt interested, not sure why it was assumed that we agreed without any confirmation from us. we received 10 phone calls a day from them where I kept stating that we werent interested and to please stop. They keep emailing me and mailing me bills and invoices saying it will go to collections when I never ever agreed to anything. This is ridiculous and a scam and I see too many complaints on here about them. I need this to be fixed. Thank you.

Grace, I have reviewed our notes of your account. We moved forward with your ad based on communication with you on 7/25/23. That ad was printed and shipped to the school. In more recent communication with you (dated 10/17/23-10/25/23) you seem to have changed your mind about this ad based on internal business dynamics and were offered a discounted service since the product had shipped.

I am sorry this was not a satisfactory resolution for you. I did instruct our customer service team to write off this invoice moving forward. Please contact me if you require further assistance to close out this transaction.

How is this not a scam? At best, this company has very poor practices.I was initially contacted via email by a representative of this company. They were supposedly representing a local school, at which our company owner has 3 children in enrollment. We noticed right away that the school contact listed was not a person associated with the school any longer. The email address provided for that person also did not follow the school's email format/domain.The representative then called me 1-2 times PER DAY which I also found odd and frankly, annoying. Upon further research, the *** they said they were representing was not the matching *** of the school they were said to be working for.The company rep told me the initiative had a deadline, but continued to call after the deadline had passed. I eventually emailed the company rep back saying that the school was unable to verify their participation and that the frequency of calls was off-putting. Thankfully that seems to have stopped the incessant calling, but I want others to be leery of giving these people any money in the name of school fundraising.

***, thank you for bringing this to our attention. This will be the 8th T-Shirt project that we have provided for *************************************. Its common for position changes to occur mid agreement but we apologize that we didnt properly communicate this since we just recently discovered who the new Head Football Coach will be.

We spoke with Maranacook Community ****************Curricular Admin Assistant and she informed us that Skip ****** will be the new Head Football Coach. We emailed Skip ****** on 11/1/23 regarding their Spring **** T-Shirt project.

We apologize for your experience and we put your business on our Do Not Call List, per your request.

Please reach out to ***************************************** if theres anything else we can do to improve your experience.

I do generally agree with the business' response. I'm disappointed that they did not address the high frequency of calls I received from the representative, but I do appreciate the professional response over all.

This company scammed local businesses in the name of our high school. There was not proper authorization for any advertisement. We would not ask a third party for this type of advertising. The box of shirts they sent are useless to our school as they are not even in the correct name. They have been terrible to deal with over the phone, saying this is not the shirt company problem. We will be contacting everyone that donated to this company to be sure they know we do not support this company using our school name!!!! All American Publishing is claiming there is a 3 year agreement. But again there is not an authorized signature from our school!!!

****, I attached a copy of the t-shirt agreement which includes an authorized signature from your ASB advisor, *****************************, on 2/21/23. This contract was also mailed to the signee and your principal. We apologize for the incorrect name on your shirts, but this is the name that was on the agreement and we sent a proof of the design to ***************************** prior to print. Please send us the correct name for future reference.

We received a cancellation request from *************************** on 8/10/23 which was after sales had been completed and we were in the final stages of production. We also communicated to ******* that we will produce fall 2023 and cancel the two future seasons.

Per your request, we have put your account on our do not call list but please let us know if theres anything else we can do to improve your experience.

This company contacted me. The lady that I spoked to was all over the place. I questioned the company on a scam. I contacted school and they stated they do not work with this company. I left 3 messages to inform them of this. They keep sending invoices to me. I did not authorize this transaction. I requested more info on the company and was never sent anything but a bill. Finally someone called me back today and said they would cancel this. After reading all the other complaints out here. I do not have faith that this was done.

      *********-

I apologize for any confusion in this matter - this same scenario happens to us frequently. Since schools are such complex organizations, and we work with such small groups for t-shirts, sometimes you can call the front office and they will not be aware of our contract with the student activity group.

In this case, we have been working with ********************* and the ********* at ****************************. We have been producing t-shirts for them since 2021 and have worked with other groups at the school since before that.

I do see from our records that you spoke with ****** from our **************** team on 9/12 regarding this matter and that she then cancelled your ad in support of the student t-shirts. You will no longer receive any invoices or communication regarding this matter. I will take one further step and request that your business be added to our Do Not Call list for any future projects within your area.

      Thank you.

This company is trying to get me to pay for something I never authorized. I never signed anything or approved my logo to move forward. Instead they pulled a logo from online and ***************** then mailed me a bill. I never spoke to the "design team" to approve a logo and move forward.

      ******* -

I apologize for any confusion regarding our services. We typically ask for authorization over the phone and then have a second person - a manager- verify the purchase details. We consider this a completed contract. The art work is also sent with very clear language indicating that you must respond with changes by the deadline or we will move forward with it so as not to delay the product to the school, which is the whole reason we work with businesses like yours.

Regardless of these facts, I am sorry that we had this miscommunication and that you are unhappy with our services. I have cleared the charges on your account and corrected your balance to zero.

Please contact us directly at ***************************** if you do not see these changes reflected on your end immediately.
